I like that the process was smooth and ticket prices are cheap. But during the checkout, they suddenly changed the price and raised it to +65aud which was misleading to me.

cant get involuntary refund...

my flight has been cancelled by the airline.
iv'e been trying to put in an info/email request for an involuntary refund and the form's not getting submitted.
have tried 6 times so far

getting the booking reference was…

getting the booking reference was tricky had to ring airline, the email was for jetty not me , so a bit stressful, but i was booked

We haven’t made our trip yet

We haven’t made our trip yet, but up to this point everything was pretty straightforward. Price was good considering inflation and cost of petrol. It’s kinda hard to rate a bot. Would have liked to have had carryon included in the price.

Booking was misleading

Booking was misleading, it asked me all the details and then at the end made me believe the price of the ticket went up and I felt rushed to booked without checking other providers before and I realised that it wasn’t true and I ended up paying more than $200 more for my ticket.
Won’t book through jettzy again and will make sure also anyone I know does the same.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Dear Sir/Madam,
I write to formally raise a complaint regarding the “Flexible Flight” option purchased through your company in connection with my recent booking.
At the time of purchase, I paid an additional fee for the flexible fare option on the understanding that it would permit reasonable changes to my travel arrangements should circumstances require. However, when I sought to bring my flight forward, I was informed that a further charge of $107 per passenger would apply in order to make the change.
Further, I was subsequently advised that any amendment under the flexible fare conditions was required to be requested at least 72 hours prior to departure. This condition was not adequately disclosed, explained, or brought to my attention at the time of purchase. Given that the booking itself was for an overnight trip, such a restriction rendered the so-called “flexibility” effectively unusable and deprived the product of any real practical value.
I consider this conduct to be misleading and potentially in breach of the consumer guarantees and misleading representation provisions under the Australian Consumer Law, including but not limited to Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Consumers are entitled to clear and transparent disclosure of material terms and conditions, particularly where additional fees are charged for optional services promoted as providing flexibility or added benefit.
Had the limitations and additional charges been properly disclosed, I would not have elected to purchase the flexible fare option.
Accordingly, I hereby request:
A full refund of the fees paid for the flexible fare upgrade; and
Written clarification of the basis upon which additional change fees were imposed despite the purchase of a flexible fare product.
Should this matter not be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, I reserve my rights to escalate the matter through NSW Fair Trading, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC), and any other appropriate consumer protection or dispute resolution body.
I trust this matter can be resolved promptly and amicably, and I await your response.

The Flexible Ticket's terms and conditions are disclosed on our website https://www.jettzy.com.au/company/index?sign=service

This is an internet transaction; our customers are required to review all terms & conditions and click to accept these terms before paying for their tickets.

However, after reviewing your booking, you selected "Premium service" but not the Flexible Ticket. The premium service package will waive our service fee, but it cannot waive the airline's change fee or the fare difference.

Melbourne Reunion

The flights out was smooth however a bit too much noise from the main supervisor as he announces everything that could have been played on tape via intercom.

The return flights was the ideal one. Less noise and very professional. Thank you
