I'm shocked

I made a 250 euro order one week ago, on 16 April, and I didn't heard anything anymore. No tracking number, no reply to my several mails, WhatsApp phone number disconnected, same phone number called by landline disconnected. Are they for real??? Is it a scam???
I'm shocked!!!
I sent a final email today saying that, unless I get news, I will instruct my bank to revert the credit card payment.

I'm truly shocked, I don't know if this business is in shambles or if it is a scam

This number is clearly fake/disconnected/discontinued

My package was returned to sender…

My package was returned to sender because it was missing customs paper work. I’ve email JM distro about this multiple times and gotten no response. I will be charging my card back as I have received no product or correspondence from JM distro. Do not recommend using them.

Edit to add: JM distro has finally reached out and is working to fix the issue which I appreciate so much I have changed my rating. I will update again when all of this is resolved.

haven't received my parcel

I bought some items, but the package was taken and the company hasn’t responded to my emails or issued a refund. I’m left without my money and without my stuff. Don’t waste your money!

Hi there. I have checked the tracking and the parcel was indeed held at customs due to prohibited items on Sunday 06.04.25. I have checked your order and the destination country and as of November 2024, Lithuania introduced a sweet vape ban and this is the reason why this parcel has been held.

We act in good faith according to the instructions provided by customers and we do state in our terms and conditions - JM Distro cannot be responsible for goods that are rejected or confiscated by local customs.

These guys are amazing

These guys are amazing! My new go to vendor and although they do have a minimum if you can meet that do it. I had a few questions, great customer service, fast shipping, no problems with customs. I’m in the States. I’ve ordered nicotine pouches from several vendors in Europe but these guys are the best!

products ordered, a month with no response, you lost my item, you asked if I would like it sent out I said yes and then you sent out everything else in my order except for the item.

I ordered several products well over a month ago and they still have not shown up. I emailed you and it took over 5 days to respond. They said they didn't know what happened and they lost the order and they can see the package never went out. when the rep reached out to me she asked whether I wanted a full refund or for the shipment to be shipped out. I replied if you have it please ship out what I ordered. I then got a reply the very next day that half of my order was shipped and the other half was nowhere to be found and that I was being charged the full delivery amount for the gigantic display lighter case with 160 lighters. The rep said she could offer me a 15% off coupon for my next order. after another day and no coupon even though it was offered I let her know just go ahead and keep the coupon there would be no use for it for I'm never ordering from you guys again.

Initial purchase out of stock, website was not updated correctly with stock levels, this delayed my order as I had to have a different item shipped.

The shipment was processed very quickly, shipping times were not bad at all -- 7 days to my door.
Packaging was good and the product was extremely fresh with an expiration 32 months away!
