Just let's advertised a property I was interested in viewing for my family. When I rang I was told tenants were still in the property and unable to carry out viewings. I rang every couple of days and I was initially told still still no viewings, this turned to no one answering my calls and they wouldn't even reply to voice messages I left. To my utter shock I see the property online turn to 'let agreed' Two weeks I had been wanting to view it, I was fobbed off with excuses and eventually ignored. This behaviour is by far unprofessional. An estate agents should allow anyone who can afford the property to view it. Disappointed and Disgusted is how I'm feeling right now.
