Great Service Again
Second time I’ve used Just Tyres, Epsom for a tyre change and can’t fault them. Always efficient and provide great customer service. Their tyres are well priced also. Will go back when new tyres are required.

Fast and efficient at a reasonable price. Couldn’t fault the service.
Good experience a first rate tyre centre
A very good service appointment times…
A very good service appointment times kept on time , very pleasant staff.
Ordered tyre not at Just Tyres depot (2nd occasion))
One new Hankook tyre ordered 4th April along with confirmed fitting appointment at 3pm 7th April at Epsom Depot {16 miles from home}.
Arrived Epsom Just Tyres about 2.45pm to be told the ordered tyre had not been delivered and manager had no knowledge of the order. Manager phoned HQ who investigated and called back to say tyre was due for delivery at 3.30pm approx. At 3.45 tyre had still not arrived. My telephone to Just Tyre HQ, found out that the tyre was in a DHL van on M25. Tyre delivered at 4.15pm, fitted to wheel and I finally left the Depot at 4.45pm.
Very poor performance by Just Tyres. ?? Why didn't the Epsom Depot know about my order?
This is 2nd time in 18months, I have got to Epsom Depot to find the ordered tyre was not there.
Manager did his best but fault lies with HQ ordering / appointments system. No advice to customer, say up to 1hour before fitting appointment, that tyre had not been delivered to Depot.

DO NOT USE JUST TYRES EPSOM
Not really sure where to start with this one. Bigger con artists than Charles Ponzi.
So I’m driving, I get a flat tyre. I can just about make it to the Kwik-Fit at the top of the road, however they couldn’t fit me in. This place, was the next best thing. I go there, and they are very friendly and tell me to drive straight in.
I point out the punctured tyre, and they inform me that I will need a new tyre. They 100% could have repaired that tyre but whatever, I am happy to buy a new tyre. We then go in and discuss tyres and prices. Deal done. I’m sitting in the waiting room taking in the scenery, and next thing I know, one of the young men come and tell me to come into the workshop to show me something.
He tells me I need 4 new tyres because all of the tread depths are too low. He says all of my tyres are coming in at 2.2mm. Funnily enough, I had a full service no more than 48 hours ago, and all my tyres were measure in at 5mm. This young salesperson (because that is what he is) attempts to tell me the minimum legal limit is 2mm (it’s not, its 1.6mm).
I show the male my service report and he blushes, and then continues to prod my tyres with his digital tyre reader in a cute attempt to prove to me he is not lying and it does keep coming back, at 2mm. I now start thinking, what on earth has happened? Did someone steal my car overnight and do doughnuts? Did someone file down my tyres? How have they lost 3mm over 48hours, or did the people who did my service make up that I had more tread depth than I did?
The young male’s response to my service report after he finished poking my tyres with his stick you ask? “Ah, yeah, well, sometimes they just look at it by the eye and make it up”. I now am fully under the assumption that although I have not showered this morning, I must have mug written on my forehead.
Anyway, I tell the boy that I still only want the one tyre and go back to the waiting room. 2 mins later, they are putting all sorts of lasers on my tyres, I thought I was back at laser quest. He then comes back into the waiting room (AGAIN) and he has found another issue with my car (oh no).
My wheel alignment is now out by a significant margin. They have put metal objects on all my tyres and are showing me that the angle they are all at is in the red. I am stunned, my wheel alignment was also all made perfect 48 hours ago, what is happening?
After the cute attempts to continuously try to get me to buy new tyres, I reject the offer, but admire the enthusiasm. I eventually pay and leave the place, and whilst paying they even have the nerve to tell me if my tyre gets damage, I can bring it back for a discount. I would rather not, even if it pops as soon as I drive out this garage, I would rather leave and limp it to the next available garage, no matter how far it is.
The story does not end here guys, please keep reading. My car is 2 years old, I bought it brand new from a dealership a stones throw from this garage (I will keep them unnamed as I don’t want to get them into trouble). I go there and explain the above, and wonder whether my wheel alignment really is out, whether all 3 other tyres really need replacing. The lovely man at the dealership comes and feels my tyres and he says “If I was valuing your car, I would not take any money off for your tyres, they have so much life left in them”. He then also says “I can’t say a lot, but there is a reason we don’t use them for our tyres”. Now if that doesn’t say a lot to you, then I don’t know what will. He congratulated me for standing my ground, however does say he thinks they have got into my head. They have. Rent free.
For peace of mind, there is a Halfords nearby, I even go there and think, I need to see this for myself. I park up and spend even more money to by a tread depth gauge to test the tyres myself.
I rip open the packaging and I am sweating. I set the pin, and press it on the rubber. Is it going to be the 5mm it was measure at 48 hours ago? Or is it going to have dropped to 2mm?
I take the reading away. 5mm is the reading. So, 5mm was the reading. I check it again, I don’t believe it. I’m telling you I triple checked, checked and checked again, and it never went to 2.2mm.
The irony I forgot to tell you, is that after the first time of going back into the waiting room, I searched this place and actually read the reviews, and realised, I was not the first to experience this. I was not, the only victim, but I was determined to make sure, I would be the first survivor to tell my story.
Moral of the story is, DO NOT use Just Tyres Epsom and if you are as unlucky as I was, to start reading this whilst you’re in the waiting room in the same position as I was wondering why you came for 1 tyre and are now leaving with a new engine because your “tread depth is too low”- no, your tread depth is fine, and no, you do not need all 4 tyres to complete the set, this is no a Pokemon collection.
P.S. The two Houdini’s who served me were Caspa and Chris.
