Poor experience

Dropped car off with no welcome or even an hello. Was told come back in an hour, went back in hour and they said ‘your tyre wasn’t in stock it will be here in an hour’
Hour later had a call to say the tyre I ordered isn’t available so is it ok to fit a different tyre ? Yes no problem

Then I had a call to say ‘which tyre is it we forgot’. Front passenger , the one with the big screw

Picked car up and I also booked a fee MOT and brake check , I asked how that went to be told there nobody here to do it so nothing was looked at

No thanks and no apology for the mix up

Also left a small blob of grease on the drivers seat too

Shame as easy to book and local
