Perfect accommodation choice for the newcomers. The rooms and facilities are well maintained. Items mandatory for everyday life (e.g. dishes and cutlery) are included in every available room. The laundry room is there for tenants to use. Even the internet is included. Therefore, there is no need to worry about anything at all but paying the monthly rent. Prices, by the way, are reasonable, considering the abovementioned.

I have been living in Kamtjatka Student Village for 3 years. At some point during those years, the staff in charge of the Student Village has changed. Ever since there are obvious improvements that are being made almost on a daily basis. Like the renovation of the free gym, for example.

Most importantly, you will find the representatives of Kamtjatka Student Village A/S unbelievably helpful, understanding, nice, and friendly. It has truly been a pleasure living in Kamtjatka since they took control and seeing how responsibly they treat their job.

Very good prices and nice building. The landloard is very friendly and ready to help with anything. The rooms are big and spacious and the big windows are just wonderful for a high dose of vitamin D. It is very close to supermarkets, like 5 min walking. The bad part for me is the other people how don't understand the concept of living in a comunity,not in the forest. I can understant a party a weekend but be respectful of those who want some quiet time and use the party room. I am sure your parents raise you all properly, don't dissapoint them.

Generally really great place to stay for students with plenty of activities of your choice and great location in the city. It was my very first accommodation after arrival to Denmark in 2017, with easy access and communication from my foreign country.
The rooms are spacious and greatly furnished to satisfy every students needs.
Although i have to say the internet connection was sometimes problematic (especially when it comes to my fellow friends interested in E-Sports) but HAS improved a lot after a once "complain" or communication with the new management.
Which is leads me to the other point and i have to say that the general management has improved a lot ever since my very first arrival and is keeping on doing a great job when it comes to dealing with complains or general function of the area as whole :) Just what the Kamtjatka needed.

I spend one semester in Kamtjatka and I really enjoyed it. The administration is very nice, always doing his best to fix issues and be sure that you like the place (and also always smiling!).

Also, I was living in K145 and I had a really nice view from the flat!

Stayed at the student housing in Kamtjatka in the city center.

Had a really good time. The administrator was always very friendly and helpful, every time there were issues in the apartment they got fixed really quick. The accommodation itself offered moreover a Gym, a big outdoor BBQ area, common rooms and a gaming room with a Ping-Pong table, table football and many TV's with up to date Playstation Games.

The Wi-Fi was not always reliable but still useable.

All in all a great student accommodation and I would definitely book this again.

In general it is a genuinely decent place. If you are coming to Denmark for one semester or just starting your studies, I wholeheartedly recommended it - the facilities have everything that could be needed on day to day basis, there are shared facilities such as gym and gaming room and if there is need for help, office can be reached within a minute (the landlord representative, Thomas, helped me every time I needed).
Regarding things that can be better - Wi-fi is not fast and sometimes unstable, but it will suffice for studies (and actually it is free - you, as a tenant, don't pay for it). And there are considerable improvements being done consistently so I don't think that this will remain an issue for long.
All and all - great place. After grounding yourself in Denmark, you quite possibly will find a better place, but as a starting point for your stay this is an impeccable choice.

I've spent a semester in Kamtjatka apartments. They are generally good even if not brand new, i think they are a great option for students to get a house in Denmark. They are located in a perfect location in Horsens and don't miss anything essential. WiFi is not excellent though. The staff is very kind and helpful and is very fast in answering and solving problems.

I have stayed in the 2-room apartment for over 2 years. It is a great place to live in. Everything is taken care of immediately without any trouble. The room itself is big, cozy and fully furnished, which is a plus for any newcomers. I would recommend this to anyone.

I lived at Student Village Kamtjatka for 6 months now and I can say that it was a great experience, I met many international students that are good friends of mine now, the staff is very friendly and helps you with anything you might need during your stay here, the rooms are very clean and cosy, as well as spacious. The only thing that I have to complain about is the slow internet that sometimes doesn't work, but I am pretty sure they are about to fix that issue as soon as possible. I totally recommend this place for new students that come to Horsens, because it is very easy to apply for it, they offer help in English and the deposit is not so high as private rents.
