Overcharged ₹180 and completely ignored

Ordered a phone case (Order #96159). The invoice clearly showed ₹719 after discount plus ₹100 delivery, totaling ₹819. The delivery agent collected ₹999 from me. That is a ₹180 overcharge.

I raised this immediately on WhatsApp with photos and proof. They asked for my order ID multiple times, I gave it every time. They said "team will check and update you." Nobody ever updated me. Nobody responded.

I shared my UPI transaction proof showing ₹999 paid to Delhivery Limited on 20 April 2026 (Transaction ID: 647610013677). Still no resolution.

When I commented on their Instagram, they DELETED my comment instead of resolving the issue. They are actively posting reels and stories but cannot respond to a legitimate overcharge complaint.

I have now filed a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline. I have all proof saved. Buyers beware, check your invoice carefully before paying the delivery agent.

Took longer than expected, but was acceptable quality

I made an order almost a month ago, paid double the price to have tracking service. Not only haven't I received the goods, but the tracking service still doesn't show anything, and the support is pretty much impossible to reach.
I'll update my review if the case eventually shows up.

EDIT: The cover came far more delayed than I am used to with packages.
It also got stuck in customs, which delayed it further.
It's worth mentioning that the seller didn't declared the exact price I paid for the item, but the original price before any discounts, so I ended up paying up more than I should have at customs.
That aside, I can confirm that the covers seem quite good and sturdy.

Stay as far away from this brand as you can.

Firstly I request you all of us... don't purchase anything from kapaver brand......
I am order OnePlus 12 foso clear case..... Cover did not fit perfectly..... Kapaver provide only whatsapp helpline service and The worst service I have seen in my life.... No response.... No reply..... Arrogant..... Please don't waste your hard earn money.......

Worst customer service I've seen till…

Worst customer service I've seen till date. I had ordered a wrong product which I tried to cancel immediately. Due to their archaic system and pathetic customer service neither I could cancel it nor I was able to modify it. Tried to contact customer service on WhatsApp which took more than 7 hours to connect and then the arrogant representative did nothing and went off, No resolution through Email as well

The worst product doesn't fit with the…

The worst product doesn't fit with the CMF Phone 1 blue or orange vegan leather type model because the seller is saying it will fit giving the wrong information, and not worth the total money waste, don't buy it won't fit properly.

They will try to hack you

Though i did received my product. Do not trust this indian company with your personal info. A few days after my purchase, they tried to access my facebook, my Amazon by using the password i created on their website.
2 steps verification successfully stopped them.
They still have my credit card info. God know what they will do with that.

Not to trust ?

Not to trust, no package delivered no refund. Trayed to contact them on email, but they ignoring all emails.

They reply after 4 months. Change from one to tree star.
