Keystone support is amazing and fast!!
they helped me link my wallet to a software wallet in less than 24 hours!

I was initially disappointed that I ordered direct, rather than through amazon, due to the delivery time. But everything went smooth, good communication, and the device works just fine. So I'm glad it saved Keystone from paying amazon. And now I get a free seed tablet that the amazon bundles had. So I am quite happy. I hope the device works for a long time.

Being new to the self custody realm i wasn't sure what to expect! There were plenty of videos and tutorials on using the Keystone Pro 3 cold wallet and how to keep your assets safe. I was able to learn the comparisons of a hot wallet, warm wallet and cold wallet. After I was comfortable with the process procedure actually setting up the wallet creating a seed phrase/passphrase was straight forward. Using the QR code to place assets onto the blockchain from an exchange into self custody was much simpler than I thought it would be. I definitely made the whole process of self custody way more stressful than it was. Thank you Keystone

so I never got my package and they tell me its been delivered and support is not doing anything but ignoring me and refusing a refund of my money. im out 165$ now because this company is a scam.

Everything ran smooth. I got a little worried and emailed about shipping, and the keystone support really helped me out. Also I've been loving my keystone. I'm using it as my own private vault for long term storage.

Solid design, solid weight. Solid peace of mind. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Takes a little time to assemble, but well worth it in the end. Much more secure than holding your seed phrase on paper.

I bought 5 different brands of hardware wallets at one time so I could immerse myself into self-custody learning instantly. I had no idea what to expect from any of them, but the Keystone 3 Pro set the bar. Although the other devices work, the size and functionality of the 3 Pro is perfect. Not too big and not too small. Very nice to work with. Very nice to have more than a few lines on the display like most others in this price class. Well done, Keystone!

If I do more with hardware wallets, Keystone will definitely be in the list again.

Delivery took a little longer than expected: 10 days, and tracking was not easy.

I can only give 1 star for a company I bought their device, the device does not work and after sending 4 emails in 10 days with no answer besides a number for complaint registration to get my money back, I have to come here and tell people to be careful with Keystone.

I experienced an issue with incorrect battery level indication on my device, which required some time and troubleshooting to fully diagnose.

After providing video evidence and completing the requested checks, the Keystone support team confirmed the issue and proceeded with a device replacement. Communication was professional, and once the case reached the right stage, it was handled properly.

I appreciate the final resolution and the support provided during the replacement process.

I had a problem with a gen 2 Keystone that I received as a gift. The support team took care of my issue in a timely manner and provided the necessary guidance for getting my new Keystone 3 Pro up and running.

I ordered a new Keystone Pro 3 to use with the Cypherpunk firmware, so I wouldn't have to flash back and forth between Multi-Coin and Cypherpunk to access my three main assets: BTC, ADA, and XMR.

The first one I ordered took a week or two to arrive, as it shipped directly from China. When I ordered this one, it said up to two weeks, and then two days later it was delivered.

It looks like they're using a US-based distributor for US orders now, so shipping times are greatly reduced.

Overall, I couldn't be more happy with the devices. They're super easy to use, support tons of assets, and keep your crypto secure.

If I could change two things, they would be:
- More device memory so we don't need 3 different versions of the firmware. Support everything in one firmware.
- Larger battery. The battery life leaves a bit to be desired. I'm not making trades every day or even every week, but I still find myself having to charge the devices once every week or two just so they're not dead when I need to use it. I'd prefer 1 month+ standby time.

Super nice metal seed phrase plate at a great price. I bought one for myself and each of my kids.

Keystone had excellent communication from the outset by confirming my order was received and by promptly providing me with a tracking number to let me know when it would arrive. The product arrived on time, in safe packaging and was exactly as expected. The product turned out to be just as high quality as advertised and I was super happy with my order.
