I’ve been using Keystone Pro for 2 weeks and overall I’m impressed. The air-gapped QR system feels very secure, and the big touchscreen makes it much easier to use than Ledger or Trezor. Build quality is solid and setup was smooth.

Downsides: it’s bulkier than other wallets, the fingerprint sensor isn’t perfect, and QR signing can feel a bit slow if you do lots of transactions.

Great for safe storage and DeFi use, but not the most portable.

The Keystone 3 Pro setup was smooth and straightforward. The QR-based air-gapped signing gave me extra confidence in the security, and the large touchscreen made navigation much easier than other wallets I’ve tried. Keystone is doing a great job balancing strong security with modern, user-friendly design. The ability to manage multiple wallets and coins in one device is very practical. I also have more confidence using the Keystone Nexus app since it’s Keystone’s own app, compared to relying on 3rd party wallets. The integration feels safer and more convenient. As feedback, it would be even better if Keystone Nexus could support more coins like ADA, SOL, BCH, BNB, etc and other local currencies such as RM, SGD, AUD, so users from different regions can benefit more fully.

The wallet works well, is lightweight, and convenient.
You'll need to recharge it and update the firmware.
The best part is that you can add three phrases at once.
It's very inexpensive for the number of features it offers.

Ease of use and durability

My experience with my keystone purchase was a really good one even though at the beginning it was a little bit of a challenging figuring out how to see my balance with crypto xrp and with lumens. I had to download a different soft wallet to see my balance. Maybe on Keystone cold software wallet can be added just like bitcoin, etherium, solana, etc. besides that it has been a smooth transaction on receiving and sending other crypto. So far I love the company for how user friendly it is and the help from customer service. I would love product security and how self destroy if tamper with. Great job

Super nice product. Love that it is fully open source and air gap. A screen that is easy to see and navigate unlike other smaller hardware wallets. Highly recommend!

I was skeptical at first about Keystone and their product. After nearly ten years in crypto, I have seen that with many companies such as Ledger and Trezor you often end up paying more for the brand than the actual quality.

That is why I was so impressed when my Keystone hardware wallet arrived. The build quality is excellent, the screen is large and clear, setup was simple, and the ease of use highlights the team’s remarkable attention to detail. Shipping was fast as well, which was an added bonus.

I have already recommended Keystone to others, and I am very glad I chose them. Do not mistake their affordability for low quality, because this wallet proves that is not the case.

I was able to order this item direct from keystone. The order process as simple and hassle free. I was originally told to expect a 15 day delivery, and I received it in 7. The setup process to get it up and running is fairly simple.

Fast delivery and overall satisfied with my purchase. Very easy set up and the packaging is thoughtful. Software and design are unique. Updating the software was also effortless vs other hardware wallets I’ve used in the past. My only complaint would be based on the letters provided in the seed phrase tablet there aren’t enough of the letter e! Surprisingly I was only short one e.

I bought 2 keystone tablets on separate occasions on their website. The first arrived fine and is a good product. The second package arrived empty and came with a returns address for Amazon. Their tracking reference indicated is was coming with the Post Office. I didn’t know if their as a mix up in labels or if they had sent it from Amazon. When I reported the empty package via email they always ignored the question about Amazon and just repeated that they were doing an investigation. Never heard from them again. I have had open a claim with my credit card company. So the product might be good but the company is not.

Price is great, interface is very intuitive even for a crypto noobie like myself, and it works reliably and really well. I love my Keystone hardware wallet and wouldn't get a different hardware wallet! I really appreciate clear transaction signing as well so I know what's going on and can avoid signing transactions that are suspicious.

I am satisfied with the Keystone 3 Pro. I like the responsive touchscreen and the ability to store three mnemonic phrases simultaneously. However, I would like to have the option to set a special PIN or password to wipe the data. This is an important feature that allows you to erase all wallets and data from the wallet under duress. I miss this function. It is available on other wallets, and I hope you will include it in the new firmware. Otherwise, your wallet is excellent.

I have four kind coldwallets. Their functions are different and modal. KeyStone is used easily and can link Hotwallet to sign.

However, device battery has fast draining, probably due to small battery that you constantly need to charge to not get device bricked because of over-discharge. That's what happened to me.
