Excellent service, prompt delivery and products exactly as advertised. Would certainly recommend!

I ordered two items, neither arrived. I reported it to them. They confirmed that driver had been near my property and that they accepted that as proof of delivery. As I still didn’t have item I contacted delivery service who wouldn’t deal as l with me as I wasn’t the sender. I asked the sender to contact delivery company for photographic proof of delivery. There was none. I asked them to provide a resolution OR ask delivery company to sort it - they’ve not responded. I’m not £20ish down and gave no items and no way of resolving.

Customer service skills desperately lacking. Very disappointed.

A little update as they replied - the response when I asked for a resolution or whether to go through PayPal was “Hi Heather,

Unfortunately the courier has advised the items as delivered and provided proof to this effect. Therefore, we are not in a position to offer a resolution as this part of the process we have before being able to offer a refund or replacement.”

To which I replied pointing out that although courier was in our road that they where outside wrong property and provided no photo. I also expressed courier would not deal with me,

Reply was “ I am really sorry, our hands are tied as the courier is adamant about delivery. It would go against company policy to offer a resolution in this instance as it opens the door for false claims of non-receipt and this is the reason we would require confirmation of non-delivery from the courier.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused.”

I then pointed out possible issues that had occurred in our area before and expressed I would be contacting PayPal (who on this occasion have been very helpful). This final email was totally ignored.

I am happy to offer a copy of ALL emails to trust pilot to support my review.

I believe my review is fair in the circumstance.

What a lovely team and service. Their response to my compliment was indicative of customer service that is customer focused.

Lovely colours, keep baby dry, down fall they shrink quite a lot.

Tiles a bit smaller than I thought and all a bit flimsy but it serves the purpose.

Bottle was great value an easy to grip for my 11 month old.

Arrived in three days which was excellent.
Lost a star as the mechanism to “pop” the toast could take a little longer.
It only takes a couple of seconds from pressing the lever to popping the toast.
Other than that he loves it.

"JJ", a plush toy that is based on a character from the popular series "Cocomelon" has long been my little girl's favourite toy. Since she was born she took JJ to bed and wanted JJ to do everything with her from going to the park to eating her dinner.

Over the last 3 years we have been more and more worried about her losing her precious JJ toy so we had to stop him leaving the house. His body had collapsed due to her 'cuddles' and despite regular washing JJ had definitely seen better days!! :-) but the original toyshop i got 'him' from no longer sold that edition.

For ages and ages i searched online for a new JJ so that she could at least take the new 'imposter JJ' as we would call him could leave the house when she stayed the night at her grandparent's house but the only ones I could find were somehow different either in size, material or design. When I found the one on Kiki bear i was so pleased but I also slightly worried he wouldn't match the OG JJ but he was simply perfect. The now JJ Twins have made my little girl so happy. He was received even better than expected and she likes him just as much as the original JJ. He is called 'Out JJ' as he is the one that we let leave the house and go 'out' and he goes to nursery with her every day.

Thank you Kiki Bear. He arrived undamaged, quickly and looks completely adorable next to the exact same one that is very well loved and grubby.

Ordered three sets of a card game we already own and love. When they arrived all three boxes were dented but the worst of it is they look like very cheap copies of the real thing. I could've printed higher quality from my home printer. Money down the drain.
