I placed a quite large order at the beginning of April 2023 and still haven’t received it. It is late October now. It is impossible to get in touch with anyone, they never respond, and their website keeps showing all items out of stock. Such a scam!!! I would give them zero stars if that was an option.
I placed my order on April 24, 2023 and it shows online that the order was delivered by April 28.
However, until today (EOD May 5, 2023) I still haven't received my order at all.
I've been trying to contact Klaeny for over 10 time (via phone call, online contact form and email) and there is no single reply so far!!!
I don't even know what I can do about it.
I received my order, but one of the bottles was missing. I wrote to the customer service 3 times, still got no reply.
Although it’s important to switch to more eco-friendly detergents in order to reduce pollution, I’m really disappointed by the service, especially considering the products’ price. I paid money for the products I ordered and got my order partially, a reply to an email would by nice at least. A company should be accountable for the provided services. Not happy.
I ordered a product, NEVER received it. Asked what happened they said they will try to send it once again. But I still haven't received the product after almost 3months after order was placed. Haven't got my refund too. Maybe it's a scam. Be careful.
I’ve ordered from them over 2 months ago. My initial order never arrived so after a long back-and-forth, they’ve refunded me 15%, created a new order, and added a soap bar. Ok, that’s nice. But the second order never arrived either. After numerous attempts to find out what the hell is going on, I give up. My money is gone and neither of the 2 packages arrived. I’m extremely unhappy and feel like the company should maybe figure out their operations before they start selling internationally - because clearly they can’t handle the business.
All in all, can’t judge the quality of the products, but as a customer - even if the products were the best thing I’ve ever ordered, I still wouldn’t go through the hassle again. It’s not worth it. Just no.
Dishwasher tablets don't work. Although we are great fan of the concept of plastic free dishwasher tablets, (and a bit amazed why it's such a rare concept), we noticed the tablets simply don't clean enough. Too often, some glases or cutlery remain dirty, while we don't have this with the traditional tablets. (P.S. I used them for about 1 month before writing this review)

i ordered a starter kit, wiht a lot of refils. the first try at delivery failed. the pakkage got dammaged and was returnd to kleany. after emailing they didnt receive it but would send out a new one. then the track and trace said its been delivered. it did not so again i emaild them.. i was done and just wanted a refund after weeks of waiting is still dont have a refund and no response

I am super sorry to hear that you had such a bad experience with us! Once the parcel is taken over by DHL its’s basically out of our hands. We can contact them and ask what happened but we don’t have any influence on how or if it’s delivered. In addition to that our customer service took too long to solve your problem, again I am very sorry for that. We are a super small team and if e.g. a person is sick it has a big impact on us.
