Fraudulent
It seems to me that this website is somewhat fraudulent or, at the very least, seriously misleading.
I registered my company and paid for their premium membership. However, it takes up to 24 hours for the premium account to be activated.
Then, when setting up your professional profile, the website only allows professionals to upload up to four images of recent projects, which is ridiculous if you're trying to properly showcase your work.
After that, I started browsing the available jobs, and there is no date showing when each request was posted. I found several requests that are still listed as active even though the customer stated that the work needed to be done in May, June, July, August, etc.
How are these supposed to be genuine, current leads? If a customer requested a job months ago and the request is still being presented as an active opportunity, the platform is clearly not giving professionals accurate information.
Honestly, WTF? I paid for a premium service expecting genuine and up-to-date job leads, but so far the whole experience feels extremely questionable.

Seems like you’re actually proving my point. The response is completely unprofessional and doesn’t even come close to addressing the issue I raised.
Instead of acknowledging the problem or taking responsibility, you immediately started defending the platform and, worse, putting the blame on the customer.
Wow. That really says a lot about how you handle legitimate feedback.

"uploaded up to four images": Binnen ons platform kunnen fotos alleen geupload worden met een actief betaald-account vanwege beveiligingsmaatregelen. Zo waarborgen wij dat alleen legitiem achterhaalbare vakmensen hun echte werk presenteren, ter bescherming van onze kwaliteit en privacy. Ook kan het uploaden vanaf Starter en niet pas vanaf Professional, u had dus ook voor dat plan kunnen kiezen.
''However, it takes up to 24 hours for the premium account to be activated.''. Dit is incorrect, na registeren heeft u gelijk toegang tot uw account. Eenmaal in uw acocunt kunt u een pakket kiezen. Deze is direct geldig en beschikbaar. Alleen had u na het afsluiten uw pakket weer gedowngrade naar een gratispakket en die heeft toen iemand van de klantservice weer voor u teruggezet. (zie de ticket bij support die door u zelf is aangemaakt).
"no date showing when each request was posted": Wij streven naar een actueel en transparant overzicht. Mocht een klacht of oude aanvraag blijven staan, dan kijken we dit direct na.
Aangezien je pas 2 dagen lid bent, nog geen aanvragen hebt uitgevoerd en er nog geen reviews op je profiel staan, vinden wij een 1-ster review erg jammer. Wij helpen je graag om het maximale uit je pakket te halen.
