I ordered some items and did not receive them for months. Finally, when they came, they did not look like the items in the pictures and they were of poor quality. I reached out to them to do a return and they kept giving me a hard time, telling me I should donate the items and not giving me the address where to return the items. After many emails back and forth, they gave me an address and said they would return the items minus the shipping cost. I paid $23.50 to send them back, just on principal and now 22 days later, they are telling me they did not receive the return and will refund me when they get the return. I feel they will never admit to getting the return and I will never get my refund, I am out more than $80.00 over this.
Save yourself a lot of headache and DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY!

Horrible Company to deal with! Sent package to me with no return label didn't answer emails no call Number only a number in China, after numerous emails now can't get my refund because they say it was sent somewhere where they can't retrieve it. Of course! after 2 months they gave me return info only can't retrieve the package where it was sent at some warehouse...NEVER NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

So disappointed with the clothing and the service. I tried to return my items, but shipping to China was $160! They say you can return, but obviously nobody is going to pay that. They are very hard to work with. Note that they say they are out of New York, when it is really China. Stay away from this website!!

Could you please ask the return shipping fee for your item firstly from your local shipping company to see whether it is worth to send back or not? if not, maybe you can send a gift to others who is like or donate those tops?Please note that the address in the package is not our warehouse's address,we have no way to pick it up and then also have no way to refund you if you have returned.
My suggestion is that we apply a discount and you can use it to place the order from us again, because it's too expensive to send back the clothes again,
You need to pay more shipping fee, but if you still want to send it back, it's ok, we will respect your decision, please tell me your idea, we wait for your reply.

I did't purchase to gift or donate! I purchased for a business trip! There was NO address in the package! I had sent several emails how to return the item. Just got this run around. Poor Business! Be aware people! I will never purchase again with out reading the reviews first!

I have never dealt with an online company that has such bad customer services. I only lost $52.00 and feel fortunate. I have reported their business practices to the California BBB and Paypal. Terrible merchandise, customer service.

Tried to get a address so I can send my refunds in as they sent me double tops. This is well over $300 they have scammed me out of. Does anyone know a address for Kohlsheart? They need to be stopped and shut down!!! Donot order.from Kohlsheart.

Absolutely the worst company to deal with EVER! The clothing sizing is incorrect, I based my size selection from their chart. After ordering almost $60 worth of blouses plus shipping I received them and they were too tight. I told them of their error and I got back a few responses and back and forth. I wanted a refund. They told me it would be too expensive to ship back, to China, and they are correct. I asked for a shipping label and they refused. They offered me a discount on further purchases, which I don't want. After filing a complain with PayPal they offered me $11 refund vs the almost $60. I am so incredibly unhappy and am out $60! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ask 6 times when my merchandise will Come, they don't answer. I am going to ask my pay pal how to get refund. It looks like something can be done with this company scheming people. I wish also that I read the reviews. They are scam artist I should have known since they didn't give the 3rd shirt free.

My order finally arrived on May 20th! The sizes were as everyone else says... Dramatically off! I ordered a 3X and it was about the equivalent to a size 14. I gave the three tops to my daughter, poor quality, but wearable.. fairly inexpensive lesson learned...

Ordered on April 9th. Still haven't received my merch. They did respond to an email I sent after Easter (which is what I ordered the outfit for). They said it wouldn't be much longer but here still I sit. The only reason I haven't started a refund process is because of the slight chance they may fit when they come And reading the reviews the refund process would be a waiste of my time anyway. Better to just cut my losses as a lesson learned.

Unfortunately, I did not read these reviews and ordered online through Facebook too. The items were poorly made and horrible material, so I started the chain of events for a refund. I've escalated it in PayPal and now they are saying k can get my money back if I ship prepaid with tracking, from Canada. I will respond back to PayPal but I realize I've lost my money. Tougher thing is, I ordered again with another company and got the sale result. I feel foolish.

Horrible experience. Clothes didn't fit. Cheap quality. I had no idea what I was getting myself into. When I contacted to return, she said I should keep them because return shipping would not be worth it. It took over a month to receive the order. She said if I kept order she would give me 20% off next order. trust me. there will be no order coming from me again. TOTAL SCAM.

Awful, awful, awful clothes. Don't buy these. They are cheap and not sized properly. They are in China and I did not know that before ordering.

Oh how I wish I'd seen these reviews before ordering from Kohl's Heart! I concur with all others regarding the quality of these 'clothes'. The styles are NOTHING like what's advertised. On the site, everything looks nice and current and really quite nice, but what I received was cheap and matronly. Very disappointed and will NEVER order from ANY clothes maker advertising in facebook. Too bad if it hurts legit businesses. I cannot afford to take the chance... Maybe Facebook needs to vet 'companies' advertising on their platform....

OH, one more thing. It took more than TWO MONTHS for delivery of the items I ordered. How's that for service!

Just as other posters have stated “ if I could give zero stars, I would”.
I fell for the Facebook advertising as well. Within 12 minutes of pressing the order button, I emailed requesting a cancellation of the order. I had emailed them 4 times prior to the substandard product being delivered to my home. I have now emailed them twice for an RMA. All I get is “crickets”. I have contacted my credit card company to deny the charges. Hopefully they will be able to fix this mess.

Difficult company to work with. Poor quality clothes. Tried to intercept the order to cancel because it took over a month and they said they were being custom made and no one else could fit in the size I ordered. Ridiculous! Put in a claim on PayPal and because they finally provided shipping info to PayPal, PayPal denied my claim even though I still do not have my full order. I put in a request to return my items, which I've read is difficult and expensive. Still waiting to hear. They are dishonest and NOT a division of New York and Company as they state on their website. Totally untrustworthy!

This company is a scam. Cheap clothes. Will not respond to return cloths. Don't buy!

Awful. Beware. The quality of these clothes is absolutely terrible. If you try to return, they highly discourage it by telling you that the postage will be too high and you should donate the clothes. I received all my items and nothing else. No packing list. I've tried 4 times to get the information to send a couple of things back but still have not gotten it. They have taken the name of a reputable company so you feel safe doing business with them. I will let as many people know as possible.
I also opened another Kohlsheart Yelp page and gave them poor review. Try using yelp.

Yes I am another person who got scammed by this company. Tried emailing with no reply. They sent me 2 dresses of the same design I only ordered 1. They Also made mistakes on the other 2 orders. I’m sure I’ll never get my money back. DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I’m going to try contacting PayPal and see if they’ll help me. I did think it was a part of Our Kohls😞

I agree, they deserve negative stars. I tried to cancel the order as soon as I made it but couldn't. They kept giving me the run around and said I had to wait until the order was delivered before I could return. I finally got the order, the blouses were completely off from what the online site showed, and were too small. I have tried since receiving the order to return them. I just get emails that make no sense but they do point out that I shouldn't ship them to the new jersey address on the label. I have opened a dispute with Paypal.
