Waste your time at your own risk
Ordered from this site as I've ordered before and they have nice items. However, one of the 3 items I ordered didn't fit. I was expecting to just log into my account and create a return request but I had to contact customer service who then told me I wouldn't get a refund because its a 'final sale' item. There was nowhere at the time of purchase that mentioned these type of items are non-refundable but like other companies who try to scam you, I'm sure it was written in teeny text somewhere that isn't visible. Please do not waste your time trying to buy from Kollyy. You will NOT get your money back!! I'll be contacting the Ombudsman asap.

Cancels Orders with No Refunds - Boarderline Scam
I ordered over $100 of clothing. Half of it showed up and I would rate the quality worst than anything I have gotten from Shein. The other half of my order they cancelled, never emailed me or contacted me saying it was cancelled. I had to reach out to support twice to get a refund on the items. I am still waiting on a refund for an item and it has been over a month. Overall, I would never shop here again nor recommend it to anyone else.
