THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT BUY

UPDATE: I sent an email with all the info before I posted this but there was no reply so I commented on one of their IG posts and they sent me all the tracking info by dm but USPS says they do not have the package yet. I will keep following up.

I made a purchase on 07/21, received an “order generated” email the same day but I have not receive any further confirmation to track my order. Now I tried to log in to get my order number to contact them via live chat and it says my account does not exist??

This has to be the WORST EVER CUSTOMER…

This has to be the WORST EVER CUSTOMER SERVICE experience I have ever had... PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do not buy from this company.

They have made it impossible to reach them for Customer Support and all the route to contact Support DO NOT WORK!!!!!

I placed and order on the 8th May 2023, which was then received some time later. One of the Items in the order was delayed in shipping.

Detail of my experience:
Of the initial item received one item needed to be returned due to being too small. I processed a return request through the Order Form and it advised I would here back in 48hrs.. Still within the 15days from receipt. But as yet I have not had ANY response regarding the request.

I have tried to use the "CHAT" on the website, but it doe nothing I just see a completely blank panel after entering my details and clicking "Start the Chat". I have left this open for over 8 hrs with no response and no change to the blank panel.

I have tried using the details advised in the FAQ's section of the website, but the email address advised their is "service(at)us.kollyy.com" which when emailed returns back as UNDELIVERABLE!

If you try and use the "Return Form" in the FAQ's section you have to select and order number from a list of available orders you have made. But when you go to submit the form I get an error saying the order number should not be longer than 15 characters.. but my order number is 16 characters!!! and if you leave the field blank you cannot submit the form as the order number is needed.

Scam site do not buy from

UPDATE: it is now well beyond the 15 day return policy and I haven’t heard anything from anyone even though I tried to send a email, fill out a ticket and do love chat the day I got the products. Scam site do not buy from! No return and not customer service. I am now stuck with these awful items of clothing including a dress that has a leg hole. SCAM SITE.
I received my items and they were fine quality but not what they looked like online at all. I tried to get a refund via the website but it said my email address was wrong, then it said my order number was wrong so I tried emailing customer care but the email address on the website bounced back as rejected and not a real email. I then tried the online chat and they said I would get an email for the return but it’s been over a week and no email (and yes I’ve checked my junk mail daily). I also trie doing the return online again via a receipt and they once again said they would get back to me but no response. The fact it is impossible to get any kind of refund, and the email address isn’t real, screams SCAM!

First time ordering here and maybe the…

First time ordering here and maybe the last!! I placed my order, paid already and my package is processing now for 6days and haven’t been shipped yet !!!!!! Been contacting them in the chat and emailed but no reply!! Not great costumer service, especially for my first time buying from them!!

**** After this message it’s clear now*** maybe a good idea to fix the app so people can see progression with their order so they don’t panick especially when they order for the first time .. thankyou for the update
I received my order and I’m happy about it and will order again!!

Hasn’t shipped in 5 days! NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!

It’s been 5 days since I’ve ordered and usps says they still have yet to receive the package from the merchant… can’t find a number or email for customer service to contact.. I have was SO excited to wear the fit to my next rave 😭

favorite dress i’ve ever wore??

i don’t think i’ve ever left a review online before ever. i’m leaving this one for two reasons, first, because of some of the reviews i saw on here after i had already made my purchase i threatened an innocent online operator of kollyy that if i didn’t get my order i would dispute the charge and second, which means i owe it to them to leave a review after getting a dress that i will be purchasing in more colors. i apologize and thank you so much for my dress 😍😍😍

my clothes came and one doesn’t fit me however i wasn’t able to track it at all now i want to return one item as it doesn’t fit me and now it’s saying that my email address and order number doesn’t match do not shop here awful customer service
