I ordered funko pops from this company on 5/13/2021. It is now 5/17/2022 and they still haven’t shipped my order. Every time I have emailed them over the past year, they are always going through a “management change”. Then they blame Funko for the delay. There is no funko delay because I can go on Amazon or any other website right now and get the same pops I ordered from Kraken. They are quick to take your money but then make you wait indefinitely for your order. They offered to cancel my order but they would keep 15% for no reason. This company is a total scam. They mark everything as a preorder just so they can keep your money and never send anything.

Ordered back in October and was told a late Jan shipping. Haven't shipped yet and have emailed multiple times with no response. Do not buy.

Was charged for a preorder back in October 2021 that was supposed to ship in January 2022, it is now almost April 2022 and I have sent at least 3 emails to cancel and refund my order and have not received a single message back, absolutely avoid this place at all costs, reviews like this are all over the internet. Amazed they are still operating.

Preordered pops in November and upon checking the status does not show my order number at all. Have sent two emails so far and no response. After reading other reviews I feel that I got suckered in to their bs. Of course I’m sure they will come back with the 15% cancel fee. I would never recommend this company.

I'm one to give shops a couple chances especially during the pandemic, but my patience has run out. I've made 5 orders between May 2021 and October 2021. I've recieved 3. Of those 3, 2 arrived damaged. 1 order was replaced with some minor delays. The other order I have had for 3 months and they have yet to send me replacement boxes. My last 2 orders have yet to be shipped. One due to funko delaying pops which I understand, but the other order was supposed to be shipped in Feb 2022. I gave them a couple weeks between emailing them and still nothing. I will never preorder with them again. In stock orders are fine, just beware of possible damage and little to no response to fix the issue. They have a mint guarantee, but that only matters if they actually get back to you.

I'll stick to popciti and balyot. They are responsive, comp you for issues and make every effort to ship fast even with delays.

Horrible! They took forever and ever to send my order and despite their several months of being late refused to let me cancel my order without charging me a fee. I will never order from them again!!!

I ordered 90+ dollars worth of items well before Christmas, which as of 12/29 has not shipped, with no indication of when it will. The excuse given was "Delays at Funko" which was bull, as I found the exact items on Amazon.com within minutes. They do not answer emails in any sort of timely fashion, they do not give straight answers, they do not in any way help the customer, and they are an absolute scam. Do not waste your time or money.

This review was based off my very first purchase from kraken's collection (Sasuke Uchiha Rinnegan - AAA Exclusive) Delivery was Perfect wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap! Pricing was Sold and fair, Shipping was also great and was ready to be sent to my home with 24 to 36 Hours! The variety of most Funko Pops was amazing in-stock, and Pre-Order newly wanted pops Weren't sold out! I highly recommend all collectors Any Age, and Gender pre-order their items from Kraken's Collectibles ASAP! This is my third favorite Business can't wait to order more Funko Pop!
