Hello Anton, thanks for your review. We're happy that your order arrived. Just to let you know, we are normaly faster :-)! On october 3rd there was a national holiday in Germany (mostly weeks with holidays makes shipping things slower cause most people use this week to do holiday) and you have ordered a product with status "dispatching in 2 - 5 working days" that means that we need to reorder it from our distribution and after it arrive in our shop we can dispatch it. Most products we offer we have directly in the shop the status is then "in stock (ready for dispatch)" and then we can dispatch it immediately and most weeks don't have a national holiday so it should also arrive much faster to you. The only place I order from
While I trust kunstform completely..almost no flatland specific gear is sold..some yes. There is also nothing "custom" I cannot order custom wheels etc. Lastly considering I live about 3 hours away here in germany I often need to wait several days to receive my orders..when I assume it could be next day or even 2 days. It usually ends up being 3+ days depending...
...they have not done anything wrong whatsoever, but they certainly don't do anything special either. I want to rate them higher...it's the only place I order from and regardless what it might sound like, I like them a lot.

Hello, thx for review. U can order custom wheels or even bikes, just put rim, hubs, spokes (any size) and write as comment during checkout "please lace up" and we lace up your wheel for free. We just don't do big advertising for this service. Also we're a shop, not a manufacturer, if a flatland specific brand like ares, nous, fareast etc. offer us the possibility to order parts or bikes then we mostly do it. If you want anything specific, just get in touch with us and we try to organise it. We support or run nearly every flatland event in germany and sponsor a lot of riders. When you order before 12 o'clock (Mo - Fr) and all products are in stock (please check the status) then u get it mostly next day cause DHL pick the orders from us arround 2 o'clock. If we need to reorder parts (seen as shipping in 2 - 5 working days) then we need to reorder it and it take 2 - 5 days plus shipping time 1 - 3 day.
