Great product and customer support
I made an error with my purchase, I ordered a 13-inch tablet stand instead of an 11-inch one. Customer support was incredibly understanding and flexible, making sure I was fully satisfied. They responded very quickly and were reliable and friendly throughout the entire process.
Even though the mistake was mine, I still received a refund for returning the wrong product, and they shipped the correct one free of charge. The tablet stand itself is very sturdy and has strong magnets.
Hands down, this is the best customer support experience I’ve had in a while.
Magnetic ipad charger - an absolute must have
I bought a magnetic iPad charger recently from this company. I found this to be the most amazing product - at a great price - well worth the money.
It’s a really sturdy item and small enough to be portable. That aside, it’s been an absolute life saver. Apple decided our iPad Air was unrepairable, so an expensive iPad that stopped charging via cable would have had to be thrown away after 18 months had it not been for this magnetic charger. Hopefully it will last for some time to come, but I would have no hesitation in buying another.

Successfully resolved incorrect address issue
I had a really positive experience with this seller and their customer support team. I ordered a power bank but accidentally entered the wrong ZIP code. I only noticed the mistake after the item had already been shipped. Because of the incorrect address, the delivery service returned the package to the sender.
I contacted customer support, and they quickly arranged to resend the item. Unfortunately, something went wrong again, and the package was returned once more. I reached out again, and they sent it a third time, reassuring me that this time it would arrive without issues.
And it did! Just a couple of days later, the package was successfully delivered.
Throughout the whole process, the support team was very responsive, polite, and helpful. They even followed up after the delivery to make sure everything arrived safely and that I was satisfied.

Dangerous overheating
A beautiful, convenient product that lasted less than a year. I loved that it charged everything and I only needed to bring one small case when travelling. It would frequently overheat when charging more than one item at a time. It stopped working when I smelled burning and I saw that the port (and cable) had melted.
Recommend great communication
Bought a wireless charger before Christmas and the watch charging part of the charger stopped working for reasons unknown, I e-mailed the company and had a reply within 24 hours, they asked me to check several things which I did they were very reassuring and told me they would resolve my issue or issue a new charger, which they did after not being able to resolve the problem. The charger arrived within a few days from China with full tracking so I could see where it was.
May e-mails were all answered within 24 hours.
I would definitely buy from this company again, great communication.

GREAT SERVICE AND PRODUCT
When I received the product (x40 turbo), it turned out really good and I really liked it as it was the ONLY ONE I could find that charges 3 in 1 with 25W data charging for the phone, as well as being extremely portable and foldable, which is very innovative. Then, after a few months of perfect use, the watch charger broke and I reached out to their support team, who handled the scenario very well, and allowed me a replacement, which arrived ONLY AT MOST A WEEK after I shipped it out, which is very fast in my opinion, and they also reimbursed the shipping fee, so all ended well. Their service is flawless, and despite breaking, their product is also very higher quality and very innovative,

Charger port has a glitch
Charger port has a glitch. They refuse to exchange it and demands a Video. As this glitch comes and goes during charging it would demand a timelapse or something.
Great product and service
I bought the magnetic charging stand for my iPad Pro and it was great. Unfortunately, apparently the iPadOS 26 update broke the charging feature. Not only did Kuxiu replace the stand for me, but when that one didn't charge the iPad Pro either, they shipped me a replacement charging unit which only required removing four screws and swapping the charging unit. (The first stand did not have the ability to replace the charging unit.) Thanks to their excellent support, I now have a fully functioning magnetic charging stand for my iPad Pro again.
Very difficult to return
I purchased an IPad magnetic stand. Despite the usual and straightforward return promises, I have been unable to return the item never mind get a refund. After having to provide all sorts of photographic evidence (!) I have since been sent a return code and a return FedEx label both of which have been faulty. Not sure why this has become such an arduous and complicated process. PS. I have altered my rating above - from 1 to 3: They sorted out the return. It was a difficult and time consuming process but they were very courteous and ultimately helpful.
X40 turbo
Bought a x40 turbo a month ago, worked perfectly and some days ago watch charger stopped working.
Wrote to customer support, done few tests and then they replaced with a new one.

So I purchased their 3 in 1 charger. After setting everything up with the included charger, I experienced that it was faulty with the charging part for my Airpods. I tried different set of airpods from family and friends, all with same issue. It kept turning on and off. I contacted Kuxiu. Here the problems began. You're mostly responded to by something that seems like an Ai. They keep making me send pictures, videos and trying different things. I tried to do all the said things, but without solving the issue. After a lot of writing back and fourth I demanded a repair, new unit or refund. They just kept asking for more and more pictures, videos etc.
I think it's a solid product if it worked, but with this costumer support and way of treating costumers, ill give it 1 star.

10/10. I bought the X63 3-In-1 MagSafe Foldable Magnetic Wireless Charging Station and the X53 Ergonomic Laptop Stand with Built-in 8-in-1 Hub. The quality of both products is excellent - both products are extremely strong, durable, and sleek. The design is smart, both products are compact and foldable, and the 8-in-1 hub on the laptop stand is extremely smart and convenient. I had trouble using the laptop stand and I reached out to their customer service. They were SO responsive, extremely helpful, and provided very clear troubleshooting directions. I didn't realize that the laptop stand needed to be powered to operate and that I had to use the Kuxiu USB-C cord to connect the hub to my laptop. Easy fixes! Premium products and service.

KUXIU wireless charger
I’ve been using the KUXIU wireless charger for quite some time now, and overall I’m very satisfied with the product. The design is sleek, the build quality feels premium, and it works reliably for everyday use. It fits perfectly into my setup and has been charging my devices consistently without any issues for a long period.
After about a year and a half, I experienced a problem with the charger. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how professional and responsive the customer service team was. They handled my case quickly and replaced the unit without any hassle.
It’s rare to see such a smooth and customer-focused warranty process these days. Great product and truly excellent service — I can confidently recommend KUXIU.
Delayed Return Process – No Clear Instructions Provided
I am disappointed with my experience trying to return an item under KUXIU’s advertised 14-day “no-questions-asked” return policy.

On the same day I received the item, I contacted KUXIU to initiate a return. The product itself was not faulty — the quality was great— but the colour did not match my setup. I clearly answered all of their follow-up questions and confirmed that the order met their return policy requirements.
Since then, I have had to chase them multiple times for basic return instructions. Despite responding promptly to their questions, I have not received clear next steps or return details. I’ve sent follow-ups on 18 February and again on 22 February, and I’m still waiting for proper return guidance.
For a company promoting a “no-questions-asked” 14-day return policy, the process has been unnecessarily slow and frustrating. At this point, I’m simply asking for clear instructions on where and how to return the product.
Charging time much slower than claimed
I have an iphone 15 pro and a kuxiu model x40. Kuxiu's website shows that it should take about 20 minutes to charge to 50%. The charging time that I am seeing is not even close to that. It's currently at 30% after an hour.
