Great product and even better customer service when there’s an issue or a question

Saw the travel wall charger and MagSafe phone and watch powerbank changer advertised on Facebook. I was a little bit sceptical but reviews on here seemed to suggest it was legit.

Ordered a powerbank / battery pack and charger each for my wife and I. Powerbank came first (think it must have been in stock in UK) and the travel charger a few days later (from China).

Both seem well made. Travel charger has a storage case.

Seemed efficient and prompt service.

My phone and watch charging device had a faulty watch charger. Needed to send a few videos thru demonstrating the fault on the charger but then a replacement device was sent out without any problems.

Kuxiu fully honoured the warranty provided with the product

I had a problem with the delivery of my order and the customer service solved the porblem sending to me another product same as the initial item.
I am very grateful for the help the have given me during all the process.

My KUXIU X33 Pro MAX iPad Magnetic Charging stopped working after less than a year and their support doesn't reply to emails. I have written them 4 times to different email adresses.

Poor quality and poor support.

The customer service is exceptionally good. I had an issue with my X38 Pro Max Stand for 13 inch M4 Ipad. Contacted the customer support, they were quick to respond, sent quick fixes. Sadly the product recieved had an engineering issue (waiting to confirm) but they provided a new stand free of cost. Can't complaint issues can always happen but the way they have handled the case helped justify the price. Great company will definetly look to buy more products from them based on the customer supoort.

Product was highly recommended and I purchased it with eagerness hoping to have it quickly. Regrettably a back order occurred but the KUXIU team emailed me and proposed an alternative model.

Shipping was a little painful as they attempted to deliver the rare time I was not home. Trying to reschedule delivery was more painful as I could not get a new delivery update from the last mile carrier.

I wrote to KUXIU and they answered very quickly and reassured me that they would contact the carrier. They took charge and I finally got the product. It works and looks great!

I’m thankful to the team for helping move the delivery process forward. I believe that’s when true customer service excels! When chips are down, do you care enough to fix the problem and help your customer? They certainly did with me!

Absolutely love this company and everything I’ve purchased from them. I’ve got 2 of their X40 Turbo Qi2.2 Certified 25W 3-in-1 MagSafe Foldable Wireless Charging Stands and got a further 2 as Xmas gifts and recently got the K1 Ultra Qi2.2 25W Fast Charging 3-in-1 MagSafe Wireless Power Bank. Everything is great quality and really good communication from the company

I recently purchased the kuxiu turbo 40 in October 2025 and within three month, I began experiencing issues with the product. I reached out to the email support team and after providing them with all the necessary details and even sending a video, I received a response in December with the same generic email. This has been the worst customer experience I have ever had. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the lack of assistance and resolution from the support team. Order: #KX162408

Bought the Kuxiu X40 Turbo in Oct, the MagSafe portion that charges the iPhone stopped working on 25 Dec. Tried emailing and submitting a ticket on their website. Yet to receive any replies. Will update if this changes

I have tried troubleshooting with different cables / chargers / phones. Can confirm that it is the charger that has failed.

I bought the X40 from Kuxiu it was a well made product but after 3 months it stopped working so I reported it to Kuxiu customer services. They replied and asked if I could do some testing and make a small video to show how I was setting it up. After sending Kuxiu the info they replied and offered and sent a new X40 replacement, the product arrived promptly and I am very pleased with its performance. I would and have recommended Kuxiu products and in these times it is refreshing to find and a company with professional staff and service that focus on their customers and reputation of products, thank you.

Great build, compact, lightweight.
Shipped from China, but delivered in a few days.

Had a slight issue with a missing charging cable.
No quibbles, Stacey diligently organised for a replacement to be shipped out to me.

Overall, a great shopping experience.

So far I have purchased four items from Kuxiu. I did have some minor glitches (did not read user guide about the min USB-C power required and the charger did not work, ordered the wrong item and requested help to change it prior to shipment, the item was placed by the shipping company to the wrong location..). In each cases Kuxiu support was prompt patient and very helpful. The products are well designed. They gained a loyal customer in me.

I recently had an issue with my travel charger not charing my Apple Watch. So I wrote to the company not expecting a reply as is usually the case. To my surprise not only did Stacey reply but did so within twenty-four hours. I was given specific instructions to test what exactly was not working and some suggestions to fix the issue. Nothing worked, as the problem persisted. Stacey was with me at every step. Never was there a negative tone or issue that there was indeed an issue. I followed all the instructions but was not successful at resolving the issue. Stacey kindly offered to send me a new charging block with accompanying cord free of charge. It arrived sooner than did the original purchase. Service was excellent which I why Stacie and Kuxiu deserve five stars.

Whilst I had originally ordered the B10 power bank, I received an email advising it was out of stock, and there wasn't a confirmed restock date.
Stacey quickly organised for the KUXIU S2 Qi2 5000mAh Solid-State Power Bank to be sent in its place.
This Power bank is great. It does it exactly what it should, The charging indicator lights on the base provide a simple charge level. It doesn't get too warm, which can hinder some mag chargers.

The quality and look n feel of the product is quite good. I have 2 of them at home.
However, the first iPad Standing charge I got is not charging anymore. Tried to switch charger and cable with no success.
Did not think of such a product lasting for 18 months max :(

Ive purchased several desk mounted and vesa mounted ipad magnetic stands from this brand. All products were of exceptional quality and superior functionality. With my latest purchase of a vesa mount for ipad m5 13" there was a delivery issue with a local carrier, kuxiu customer support was super responsive and sent a replacement product right away at no extra cost.
