Outright scam. Will not respond to any communication, and will try to get you to pay through bank transfer, leaving you with no recourse when you do pay through bank transfer and they do not send you anything. Filed a police report, and intend to go through pursuing this. Their only shareholder was easy to find.
After my first order when smooth some 2 years ago, I tried ordering again with them, only to lose my money. No replies from them. I'm organising a "visit" to them in Zoetermeer, in case you want to join let me know.
fraudsters On April 24, 2024, an order was placed for an amount above EUR 1,100. there is no phone number, no one responds to emails. maybe it's time to take a ride there. I am reporting the matter further
Placed an order a week ago, which was supposed to be delivered the next day. Still no delivery update. Tried calling, Whatsapp and email multiple times, not getting any reply.
Same problem.
No response after payment (25Jan.), tried to call and email them.
Searched on Chamber of Commerce (KVK), entire list of web shops, all different telephone numbers that are not picked up either.
I can only conclude that this is a scam
No matter how you try to contact them all with no success. If you see this before you buy then STOP and look for somewhere else, this is a scam and thousands have been stolen from previous customers. I only lost 150eur which is nothing big. Glad I didnt make a bigger order and could learn my lesson to check reviews before order for only 150euros.

I just got scammed, more than 1 week I order 265€ of items. It says that is still waiting to be delivered. I tried to call, text, email and even on insta. Nothing. They are SCAMMER

To avoid!!! It's been more than a month, my order was incomplete, I've asked to be sent the product, nothing happened. I've asked for a refund, nothing happened. They are not answering, clearly ignoring you (messages seen on whatsapp, no answers). Emails, phone, nothing is working... You pay, they keep your money but don't provide the product... This is unacceptable customer service.
