I dealt with Lamb & Co as a buyer of a property and was very impressed by the professionalism with which they dealt with us. Hayley Jones who was our point of call was very helpful, courteous and patient at all times. There were some glitches along the way which were beyond our control but thanks to Hayley’s professionalism we were able to see it through. It goes without saying that if we ever require the services of an estate agents we will contact Hayley and her team.

Lee @ Lamb and Co has been fantastic! My uncle has been a tenant for 15 years with Lamb and it’s predecessors and we have always been looked after with so much care. Nothing is too much trouble. Lee is so personable and trustworthy I find it easy to recommend them as a great letting agent you can trust to give you excellent bespoke service.

We were very happy with the sales team at Lamb & Co. Tony and Charlie in particular were both very helpful and made the whole process a lot easier. Two points: 1) It would be great if they could start a phone call with "Everything is going fine, just wanted to....." as this would have prevented me having a panic each time they called, worrying something had happened! 2) The Conveyancing team made us feel like we were a bit of an inconvenience when we called to ask how our sale was progressing. It would have been nice if they kept us more in the loop.
