Ordered an iPad case from this company which has never arrived, not even a dispatch email. I’ve emailed 3 times with no response even though my last email stated that from tomorrow I will be disputing the payment through my bank! Had the cheek to email me how did I find my purchase!!!

Paid almost £45 for a laptop bag including the shipping and taxes. It has been almost 6 weeks with no sign of any bag and the company has not responded to our emails. Was beginning to feel like we'd been scammed and, reading the other reviews, it looks like we probably have. Wish we'd read the reviews beforehand.

So incredibly disappointed by the quality of the bag, it feels and looks very cheap for the price I paid. I think I could have paid less and received better from Temu. Colour is also disgusting.

In hindsight, I should have checked the reviews more thoroughly before purchasing. I can assure you when I read them; I felt as pathetic as I did when I received the bag. They are ripping people off. Do not buy from them, honestly don’t give it a second thought like I did!

Also, everyone else is saying they had to pay £5 to return and get a refund but guess what, it’s been two weeks and I haven’t even been offered that- in fact, I have had NO response to my email. Which by the way, is the ONLY way to contact them. So dodgy. I’m so annoyed that I made this mistake because it’s not normal for me and now I’m ranting on here to vent!!! Urgh.

Be careful this company will take your money and even if there is a fault will not refund you. They sent a return label and told me to let them know when I’ve sent it back and they’ll process the refund. Now they won’t respond to any e-mails and haven’t processed a refund! So disappointing. Had the same thing happen with another company in the same month both have addresses in America! (never had any issues like this ever) I will always check in future where they are based and if it’s not the UK I’m not ordering, although given that their company name is laptop-bag.co.uk thought it would be ok - must check in future!

The bag I ordered was poor quality. When I tried to return it, I had to email multiple times to get a return label. There is also a £5 charge for returning. It has been two months since I sent the bag back and have not received a refund.
