Angela got my tenants out!!!
I contacted Angela on 9/21/22 and started the eviction process with the 3 day notice. By 11/16/22 my tenant was out!!! It would have been sooner but the Writ of possession took longer due to the Sheriff department not working as fast as Angela. I highly recommend Angela from LDA if you have a tenant that needs to be evicted. She was very easy to communicate with, via email.

Small claims service
The company works with you step by step. Although fees seem a little high it was worth it to take stress off us doing all the paperwork. Will recommend them to others

The best Legal process place …
Angela makes the stressful process simple. LDA Pro will be my go to for future issues related to tenant eviction or overall document related legalities. I love the forward approach, it really helped me understand the process.
