Used for a number of years for small & large jobs and regular servicing - happy to recommend to anyone as they are first class

Chris Lee installed our new central heating boiler a couple of years ago and we were delighted with the professionalism and very high standard of work. Either Chris or Sam have returned to do additional work and service our boiler, as needed. Sam recently returned to fix a minor leak and when I offered to pay for the work I was told they didn't want to take a payment from me. I would recommend this company without reservation if you need any plumbing and heating works undertaken. They do a brilliant job for a fair price and leave the site clean and tidy on completion. They are polite and professional at all times and discuss all work, answer questions and generally make the experience of having workers in the house a pleasant and non-stressful experience. (I wish I could say the same for all the tradespeople we have had in the house recently!) Chris and Sam are second to none in terms of their knowledge, skills, commitment to completing work to a very high standard and delivering on every promise they make. I couldn't be more pleased by the quality of their work.

Five engineers I tried to get to fix my boiler, I ended up having to take it apart myself.

Then I found Chris Lee, he took one look at it and knew exactly what the fault was, he booked in the job, came back, repaired and serviced it.

This guy is very conscientious, respectful and hard working and I will definately recommend him. If cloning was possible he needs cloning desperately.

Friendly efficient proficient and left everything neat,tidy and working.

What else could you ask for

Lee’s plumbing and all staff are so professional, caring and thorough! You don’t get this type of service or haven’t for years. Honestly the customer service is remarkable. They say what they’re going to do and follow up etc. normal circumstances company answered the phone happily anymore which I can understand but Lee’s plumbing, I found brilliant morals loyalty and values!
Forget Chelsea Plumbers, Lee’s the best and I’ve lived in the area for 10 years now!!! I Do really hope customers really take on board my review and enjoy the experience we had very pleasant. Thanks so much Lee & Team x

The engineer Chris was quick to arrive, was friendly and personable. He knew exactly what he was talking about and fixed the problem in minutes. Great reliable service.

As usual Chris arrived on time to do the annual boiler service. We have used the company many times before and they are always very knowledgable and efficient. Definitely a 5 star company and I will be using them again shortly to upgrade my radiators. They recently gave me advice on reducing my gas consumption but still staying warm!

Chris and his team have now done two boiler replacements for us. All work was completed to a very high standard, minor issues were dealt with immediately and they were extremely easy to work with and very competent. I would have no hesitation in recommending them or using them again myself.

Well I’ve had all my radiators in now, and they were so quick and efficient and nice and clean and everything you want really, that includes both the lads. This company is amazing. Absolute life savers!! I would highly recommend them. British Gas let us down again and so Chris from Lee's plumbing and Heating came out the next day. Chris was brilliant. He assessed our on going issue, solved it quickly and saw the job through. Chris was professional, thorough and bent over backwards to help me. Great company. I will be using them again.
