I have been receiving my hearing care at Leightons for some time and have been really pleased. Bobby explains everything so carefully and takes so much care to get it right .
I recently had an emergency with a medical problem in one eye . I saw the Optometrist , at Leightons ,Rav ,who examined my eye , did a full eye test, and immediately actioned an emergency referral to the Eye Hospital, where I was treated .
She was so professional , reassuring and helpful in every way.
I would like to say that all the staff seem so very kind and helpful, and send my thanks to all.

I had unusual eye problems. When I telephoned for advice on Wed 28th Dec. Tom was very professional caring and considerate! On the Fri 30th Dec I needed to go to the opticians in Fleet for further test. I was examined by J.Patel who reassured me of my symptoms. All the staff very friendly. THANK YOU SO MUCH
A very good service from the booking online process through to the appointment. I opted to pay extra for the Ultimate Examination which included a very comprehensive range of tests and analysis, including detailed images of the eyes and a peripheral vision test.
The receptionist was very friendly and apologised profusely for the slight delay (which wasn't a problem). The optician (Natalie) was very good, with a pleasant manner and she took the time to explain the processes and to answer any questions that I had.

Branch staff are also quality, as is the product ,

I have always had great service at the Fleet branch of Leightons. The staff are friendly and professional, make you feel valued and in a comfortable environment. The Manager (Adam Harden), leads by example. He is very knowledgeable about the products and all staff will assist with choice, if required. I have no trouble in highly recommending here.

I am relocating to Ireland, hence my reason for leaving Leightons. I have been a Leightons customer for 10 years plus. In that time I have only ever received excellent service. I would not hesitate to recommend Leightons and in particular, Adam at the Fleet shop. Absolutely first class.

The staff at Leightons are always welcoming and friendly and the whole experience when attending a check up is professional and efficient. They are thorough and will answer any questions we have. They made time to help us when our daughter had something in her eye and when they couldn’t help they referred us to an eye hospital. They really do care and value their customers.

As a customer of the Fleet branch of Leightons, I needed help when I trod on my glasses and bent the frame badly. I dropped in to ask for help and they fixed them in half an hour, without charge, because I had bought the glasses there. Excellent service as usual.
