Poor

Came to look at caravans but you had limited stock was looking for a buccaneer aruba told waiting for new 2026 just though we would get offered some detail also waste of time doing REGISTRATION no one asked me for it

We enjoyed our visit

We enjoyed our visit. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was lovely. We had a slice of pizza and bought a couple of cheese scones and tea. It was all very nice. A great selection of accessories too. We will be back,well done to all.

Was thanked by Leisure World for going to an event that I never went to nor did I tell them I was ever going to go to. Can't be on holiday and go to some event of theirs at the same time. They also closed local branch at Birtley.

Not the best to be honest ?

Thanks for the Pizza and drink, very kind of you. Sadly lots of the motorhomes had no steps to enter making it a bit tricky to get in and out. Wanted to part ex our 2024 Elddis on a new pegaso 590. Sadly offered £10,000 less than next closest dealer. Even the salesman said sorry and apologized.
I find it hard in these times, where most people struggle to live never mind spend money on leisure. With Christmas coming soon. To be so far from reality with regards to the average man or woman
I wish them all the best, but vehicle presentation not the best, with dirty windows, dirt on the sides and locks etc missing from the vehicles.
Does not attract us to spend over £80,000 there
They have already closed two branches, this is the last. Time to look in the mirror and find out what customers really want ?

The staff Kirstie, Amanda Amy and all other staff were very pleasant and jovial as always. The other staff on duty were also very helpful, just can't remember all the names😭bought some accessories and had a good look around for future purchases

Brilliant friendly service

On arrival at a site in Yorkshire I realised that we did not have our Motor Mover hand controller. As we had used it to manouver the van when we collected it from storage I realised that I must have left it on either the A frame or the rear bumper and thus lost it !
I was able to put the van on to the campsite pitch using the car .
We know that we need the mover to return the van to storage because of the limited space so decided to try and find a replacement. I contacted two dealers to discover if we could get one in time and the price. They both told me the new price and explained it might be a few days to arrive
We then went to Catterick Caravans and explained our problem to the Service Manager (Andrew). I asked if he could get us one before we had to move on. He asked us to wait and took our Powertouch handbook with him for the model details. Only a few minutes later he returned and we were surprised when he put a hand controller on the desk. in front of us. He said that it was second hand but we could tune it to our van and gave us a brief description of the process. When I tried to pay he said that there was no charge as it was previously 'used'. Needless to say we were most surprised and so grateful. When we returned a few days later to collect some toilet fluid we saw Andrew and once again explained how thankful we were and told him we had been able to tune the handset to the van.
It is so rare these days to get service staff that are so kind, helpful and friendly.

Roller-team 590

From our first viewing to driving away, the staff here were professional, friendly, reassuring and patient. All our queries were answered and the features of the van demonstrated thoroughly. The inevitable teething problems following our first night in the van were sorted immediately. No hesitation in recommending this company.

We bought a new campervan from this…

We bought a new campervan from this firm in 2024. There were some "snagging" issues noted prior to collection, Some of these were repaired, but crucially others were not. We were told that parts had been ordered and the problems would be fixed. We opted to accept the van and trust the firm. As I write this in September 2025, the problems still haven't been addressed, and my attempts to get Leisure World to resolve my warranty claim have either been ignored, or met with obfuscation. In one ridiculous exchange, we were told that the person dealing with our warranty claim had left the company, and that was the reason for the delay! The last email that I received, in February this year, informed me that they were sorry to hear about these issues, and they would be back in touch to sort them out. I've given up trying to get any further with this company. Based on our dealings with them I would recommend that you look elsewhere

Service & warranty work

Recently bought my Rollerteam 590 from here which was easy and a very enjoyable experience. We recently had some warranty work completed everything was easy and simple and also a pleasure to deal with.
