Disappointing Customer Service
I was a long-term customer of this brand and loved their floral water which I bought through Amazon. I decided to order directly from them as I wanted to try alternative products. I never got my parcel and informed them. I said it was likely stolen and that I live in a flat block with many other residents. I was disappointed that they not only used my honesty against me but didn't take any responsibility for this. I felt undervalued as a customer and very upset with how I was treated so unfortunately won't be buying from this company anymore.
