Excellent service and just what I wanted the 2 chairs are exactly as the pictures , was kept up to date with delivery and came quicker than the estimated time.
Would defiantly recommend. I did have to e mail them as 1 chair turned up without the other but got a reply straight away and the other chair turned up the next day but this was the couriers fault.

Ordered a fireplace 17/11/20, pre-sale for £330 which clearly stated it would be delivered within 4-8days. Great.
I made order and payment no problem.
Less than 9 hours later I received a email asking me to pay an additional £75 as the fireplace I wanted wasn’t available until the end of December.
Order cancelled and full refund requested. What a con!!
If I was given accurate details in the first place the ordered wouldn’t have been made, don’t advertise a delivery date on a website if you know full well you can’t offer the service.

I ordered an electric fireplace when it didn't turn up on expected delivery date I contacted by email the company if they have no phone number only to be told my item was out of stock and that they had sent me a letter which I've never received then told me it would be 5 to 7 days before I get my money back this company of complete scam artist and lying they miss inform you about their stock and also about delivery times and days do not use this company stay away from them please do not get burnt like I have this is a terrible company and they should be removed I'm also going to report them to trading standards for misleading their customers and taking money for stock they don't have

As the product was needed I accepted the replacement and the subsequent delivery was quick. Happy with the product - well packaged and as expected. Unfortunately the chair I wanted was out of stock and I'd paid for the item. They offered other solutions and their customer service was spot on.
In the end I cancelled my order, I even had a follow up email off them to make sure I'd received my refund OK.

Do not bother with this company
Ordered a stainless steel sink unit, it arrived with box broken and soaking wet to start. Opened package and was very disappointed with the quality, very thin and flimsy for what we paid. We could not assemble the legs as they were not aligned properly and would not slot in. Several people attempted with no luck. There were also 2 small holes at top of sink and dents on the drainer.
I contacted customer services who were of no help. They kept telling me how to put it together even when I explained I had tried every possible way they would just repeat themselves. After about 10 emails they told me to return it at my expense and will refund me after it has been checked and if the sink is returned in good condition. Well how stupid, the reason I'm returning it is because of the poor condition. My plumber even said the sink was of very poor quality. He had to take the feet off to try balance it out.
Awful product and even worse customer service. I will never purchase from here again.

I bought a Nordic 2 seater love seat sofa, Chesterfield button. The delivery was super fast and efficient, the sofa arrived with a mark in the back, I contacted customer service, negociated a discount and they accepted.
No complaint about the delivery and the customer service was very efficient. The sofa is what I was looking for, but only time will tell if the legs will last and hold the sofa well.
Not even worth one star
I can barely give this company a one star. Chair arrived in battered packaging with arm smashed up and exposed wooden frame, also popped upholstery studs. Company were a nightmare to deal with from the start, Their company telephone number is false so I had no way of sorting the issue other than a long series of frustrating emails, and even then they kept offering only nominal compensation (to start with they offered £20 for a chair that cost £270) and were reluctant to arrange a courier for the return. I had to refer to PayPal to get my money back but Lifelook (trading as Popal Technology Ltd) kept asking me to close the PayPal case. I refused to do this but it took me over five months to get my money back through PayPal as I had to prove the chair had been returned and arrived at its destination (via a very obscure courier company) Never again!!
