My whole experience is woeful. A very uncomfortable product was received and return requested the next day.
Extortionate return fee was proposed. Collection is still awaited despite numerous emails. One abortive attempt was made despite them being informed that the time slot was not convenient.
Avoid this company.
Excellent customer service
I ordered this chair on the Friday and over the weekend something happened which meant that i could no longer have the chair. I emailed straight away on the Monday and told them due to circumstances beyond my control i needed to cancel, they were most understanding and offered a full refund which came back into my bank on the Tuesday morning.

Scam you for your money
I ordered a bluetooth mirror through this company and received no email confirmation or anything, so I contacted them asking if they have received my order. I had no response for around two weeks, so I opened a case through PayPal (as I had paid through them). I then got an instant reply saying the item was 'preordered' - even though it says this no where online - and that as soon as it is back in stock it would be shipped. After around a month PayPal said they were going to shut my case, so I reached out to life look as I still hadn't received the mirror or any updates. They said that they had the mirror in stock the entire time but chose not to send it as the PayPal case could 'cause them financial loss' (which it would not if they had simply sent the mirror). I am now having to escalate this case to my bank in order to get my money back. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS, DO NOT BUY!

DO NO USE THIS COMPANY- Item received is nothing like the one advertised, the chair was a totally different colour .they asked me to send a photo which I did and clearly shows the difference in colour from the one in the advert . They have been arguing with me for over two weeks and are still trying to persuade me not to return the item. They have now finally agreed to collect it but want to charge me £35 return costs and they have warned me ‘they may not even receive it because of COVID’ ...total disgrace do not place an order under any circumstances this company is a scam ! The pictures are not a true reflection of what you can expect to receive

I bought a chair from them needing back support, the chair when it came was child sized and a very different colour to how it appeared so I wanted to send it back. When I finally got through to them, they wanted £80 for the "free" return and would deduct the price of the original postage from the refund. The chair was shoddily made, tiny and the cushions so hard you couldn't sit on it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, you'll get a chair but not one you can usee

I placed an order on Monday 15 June , I changed my mind and emailed them within 13 hours to cancel my order. I informed them on Paypal help service so I have all the records. This company emailed me and asked me to close the case, then they will refund!!!! Ridiculously, I replied to them “ give my money back, then I close the case, simple as that!!!! Paypal has all the records!!!! Follow its policy and agreement!!!” Its been 3 days already still waiting for my moneyyyyy back!!!!!

Order 6 dining chairs, when I ordered them it said free express delivery 4-13 days , we are now passed this date and there not responding to my emails , tried ringing them by no one picks up the phone , I now have the task of contacting my Credit card company to see what I can do , I will also be contacting trading standards tomorrow, please don’t be fooled by there website , they are not professional and no customer service , I’m now £600 out of pocket , can’t believe there are not more reviews on here .

I ordered a Chenille super buttoned accent chair , The first thing you notice is its incredibly hard not a seat you want to take a nap as they suggest there is no comfort in this chair at all not fit for purposes as I really can’t sit in it for more then 5 mins before you feel very uncomfortable not as described !!
and then the workmanship is very shoddy the staples are visible on the outside of the fabric this is not a cheap chair for £329 I would expect a professional finish at that price .
But worst of all if you complain to them you will realise how unprofessional they are . You will receive very brief messages, 1 a day if your lucky by someone who gives no name

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL it’s like talking to a robot !! I’m not sure if I’m dealing with someone in the U.K. or Hong Kong as your payment is processed there .
We have had back and forth messages of this nature for a week now the messages are there to exasperated you into excepting , i am left with them saying that if I want the item returned I have to pay £78 for the return cost, and they have made no comment on my complaint , I’ve also questioned the £78 return cost and they do not explain , whatever you ask them they do not answer...ITS SHOCKING !!
there are no such costs stated on their website they also want you to cough up the 78quid upfront ,
or except £50 and 20 pounds voucher! This is a quality issue and the cost of return is on them !
