I have been using the Body Salve for weeks now, and every time I use it there is an easing of symptoms, freedom of movement, lessening of discomfort that occurs. I have used it on achy hands (I'm a massage therapist), tired shoulders, sore feet, and even my jaw after clenching while sleeping...
Depending on the tension I am holding I may need to apply it daily for a while, but each application eases the symptoms. The lavender and eucalyptus give it the most amazing aroma too.

I’ve used various cbd oils for myself and with clients. Life Sparks products are the best tasting I’ve found. For years my right shoulder has been impossible to sleep on but since using this cbd, if I have slept on my right side, I’m not in agony all day and can still use my arm!

I was recently introduced to this amazing oil via Amy (owner). A bit skeptical at first I can now honestly say that CBD has not only helped me with anxiety, but it also helped me wean off over the counter drugs for an acute attack of stress-induced psoriasis (also keeps it at bay) and it successfully reduces aches and muscle inflammations of lower back and shoulder pain! Amazing!
An added benefit: it also works on my dogs! :-)

I am now on my third bottle of CBD oil. I did not notice anything different until half way through my first bottle but I then noticed I had so much more energy, back to what I was like ten years ago. I have suffered from an under active Thyroid problem for the past 15 yrs. Anyone who has the same problem will know exactly what I'm talking about when I say 'Brain Fog'. I have psoriasis arthritis (PsA) and live in constant pain as well as being unable to use several joints .I've tried and failed at prescription DMARDs and biologic drugs, and cannot take most analgesia either. I was feeling like I had no options left to me.I'd tried another brand of CBD but had no results apart from feeling sleepy and a bit low. I think that must have been due to the small amount of THC as I'm very sensitive to medications in general. I had thought CBD oil may not suit me, but my ankle surgeon suggested I tried it again using a purer brand (and he said the USA had the best products) I rang Amy at Life Spark CBD and she was so understanding and supportive. I started taking the 2000mg oil twice a day. At first I wasn't sure if it was helping but Amy was encouraging and said it can take a few months to properly assess how it's working. I'm now 3 months in and one of the most dramatic changes is how well I'm sleeping at night. I used to have very broken sleep due to pain and over-thinking, but now I usually drop off straight away. If I wake at all I can get back to sleep quickly. I have none of the daytime sleepiness or mood change I had with the other product either. In terms of pain, my arthritis is a type that flares and I always have a background of pain too. For the last few weeks my pain is less and I walked for 2 miles with no pain over the weekend (and I have full thickness cartiledge loss in my ankles) I've also had a bad cold which would normally result in a 'flare' but so far it hasn't happened. Today my pain levels are very mild. It's still early days but I think these results are very promising. I think the key is to keep taking the oil and not expect instant results, and if like me you're sensitive to drugs in general, use this brand which has no THC. The advice and support from Amy on the end of the phone is also invaluable- especially as she knows how it feels to be in constant pain and desparing at the lack of 'safe' options. The CBD is obviously not cheap, but to be honest I'd rather buy this than anything else as I'm thinking it may be giving me my life back.

I am a mother of three children and recently I have been diagnosed with Inflammatory Arthritis. For the last two years I was strangling with day to day life. Sometimes pain was so bad that even at night I was waking up crying. To be able to start my day and even get up from bed in the morning I had to take pain killers as a first thing. Please believe me it was like my breakfast but with out it I couldn't walk and stairs where like impossible task. Ive been suffering from skin problems for a long time. Have tried many different methods which worked only for a while. Unfortunately, my eczema got really bad recently and I didn't want to take steroids any more so I decided to give the CBD a go. I've always been pessimistic about this as no medically approved. At the beginning I could not see any effects and differences and I thought that it is another 'magic stuff' which doesn't actually work. But after about 2 weeks I suddenly started seeing improvements. Not only my skin got so much better but also my sleepless nights stopped and I got much more energy.

Have not been able to find a product that is 3000 mg anywhere in the United States. I've used less with this product and gotten the same results. I also got the body Salve which is 1500 mg and it's very large container 90 ml which is more than any place I visited in the US and it works great on my hands and my sore knee. Very good product and service got my stuff in nine days to Colorado.

This CBD oil has really helped my son manage his pain and sleep issues. (He has CFS and Lyme disease).

He has now managed to stop taking ibuprofen for his headaches and a sedative to help him sleep and replaced this with the oil twice a day. He is calmer and more rested.

We were recommended the product, by a trusted homeopath, because of its quality. It has a much better taste than a CBD oil we purchased from our local chemist.
