Total scam from my experience. Signed up to do introduction to adult social care. After second module I never heard from the course advisor ever again. Didn't have any work marked or even a response when sent in and never ever received further work despite constant requests. And yet they still want to try and bill you for it. I'm the end I was forced to report them to the financial ombudsman. Literally all I ever received was an introduction email and one link to a single module of work which contained one video and three questions. Absolutely con
I would like to thank Kevin, he is an amazing tutor and he is really good at explaining everything throughout the course, he is very knowledgeable and informative, I feel like he is the right person for SIA course he knows what he is talking about and he is very helpful for you to understand what point or subject is being discussed.
I would definitely recommend someone like Kevin to help you complete and give you good understanding about the course and what your purpose of the course would help you achieve in your future career.

Please be aware of this training provider. In 2019 I applied to do their personal trainer and fitness course and that’s as far as it went. I received no educational training, online or in person. I never gain a qualification. Lifetime took the £3000 from student finance and never declared that I had never attended or received any training. I have asked lifetime to refund the money back to student finance to which they have refused and are trying to make me pay for a course I never did. I am now having to get legal advice aswel as student finance to do an investigation into this company. Be careful full they will fraudulently take money for funding even if you do not attend

Lifetime is a great platform for completing an apprenticeship, as it allows you to learn from an environment you are comfortable with, rather than having to sit in a class room. My lifetime coach (Sue) was fantastic, as she pushed me to complete my workload, and if ever there was a time I struggled with a piece, she was always on hand to help, but she also pushed me to get to the end of my apprenticeship and had lots of faith in me to complete my course, even when she knew I wasn’t given time to complete my subjects within working hours.
