Brilliant!
I have to be honest, I was a little wary of this method of purchasing tickets. However, I should not have been, from the moment I had paid for the tickets, I was impressed with the customer service and the communication. From 5 days before the match, I had direct and quick, contact with the person organising my tickets. They were extremely helpful and gave all the instructions I needed to make sure I had the tickets for the game (Liverpool Vs Accrington Stanley). Not only that - they were able to talk me through the process of getting digital tickets for Anfield and were just superb. It was a great day and I would certainly use them again.
My only surprise was the high admin fee but it would not deter me from buying tickets again especially when it is so tough to buy tickets through the clubs.

Fantastic experience
Fantastic experience! After 27 years of waiting to see Chelsea fc it was the most magical experience. Great communication throughout the process and nice and easy instructions to follow at the ground! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Plus Chelsea won 5-0! What a game!!

We were a bit sceptical at first because you have to give your passport number, but tickets were promptly provided and sent to us on the game day, no issues getting into the stadium and great seats, we will use again.

I never received a confirmation email after a month of purchase. I have written 10 times via their contact site and not received any acknowledgment or confirmation. 3 weeks to the match and I have no idea if I have tickets or have been scammed by them. Never again.
