Still trying to get my £9.00 back from this terrible company . My advise is steer clear of them . They con you into paying for an item then send you a voucher . Unless you know how to do this they will tell you the voucher has expired and you lose your order .
These need to be stopped now!
Be interesting to see a reply form these Charlton's !
SCAM
Bought driving experience for my family at Christmas, all the codes were wrong and some of the offers don't exist...so have to upgrade, when you go to book none of the advertised racing car available.
Customer service is a WhatsApp that doesn't reply ....I asked for a refund haven't got one !
Incompetent Service and Unwilling to Resolve Issues
I am extremely disappointed with LivingSocial's customer service. I followed all required steps for a refund, including notifying the company well in advance. Despite this, LivingSocial failed to take any action until I sent a follow-up email.
Upon contacting customer service, I was told by Scott Welby that they would not process a refund because they had charged a non-arrival fee. This happened even though the delay and lack of communication were entirely their fault. I provided all necessary information on time, but LivingSocial failed to act, leading to this unjust charge.
Even after pointing out their error and requesting a prompt resolution, LivingSocial has refused to issue a refund. This level of service is unacceptable, and their unwillingness to rectify their mistakes shows a complete lack of customer care.
I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider using LivingSocial. Their failure to manage refunds appropriately and their poor communication reflect poorly on their business. I will be seeking a refund through my bank and will not be using their services again.
If I could give 0 ⭐️ I would
If I could give 0 stars I would. This was the first time I had ordered from Living Social and I definitely won’t be doing it again. As a payday treat I ordered a cute paw shaped dog bed for my dog. I paid and was sent a voucher to redeem to complete my purchase. I hadn’t realised I then needed to pay p&p on top of what I had already paid. I don’t know if this was my fault for not reading things properly or if it wasn’t mentioned. My order still hasn’t arrived and I’ve actually given up any hope of it ever arriving. This is just not good enough, Living Social say they have no dealings with the voucher company after we make the initial purchase through them. There are no working contact details so I am now out of pocket when money is tight , I thought I was getting a bargain instead I’ve been ripped off.😡
Uncontactable once you have purchased
Cannot contact this company by phone as both numbers given inc. two email addresses are not valid. Amalgamated with Wowcher and now they are pestering with two or three marketing/selling emails a day. Would advise not to deal with them.
SCAM. AVOID!
This website is a scam, they made the process of cancelling order almost impossible. The email addresses provided are invalid, and there is no phone number where they can be contacted. A SCAM
Absolute rubbish company who you cannot…
Absolute rubbish company who you cannot get in touch with for any queries. Using covid as a cop out so there is no one to man a phone!!! Living Social is a SCAM!
Living Social is a SCAM!! I paid for a voucher but the company doesn’t deliver to my address. I have now spent 2.5 hours sending emails and trying to ring Living Social. All emails bounce back. Their ‘help’ page doesn’t work (goes to broken link), refunds form doesn’t exist, phone line has been down since Covid, no way to contact anybody. I can’t get a refund which is breaking trading law. This company is a scam. Do not use them!!
I’ve just been blocked by LivingSocial…
I’ve just been blocked by LivingSocial for saying I wasn’t aware of needing to buy vouchers when I made my purchase yesterday. Bam blocked! No reply nothing! And they have my money 😤
Absolutely unless company I will never…
Absolutely unless company I will never order from them again! Ordered a mattress, they sent thew wrong one! it taken over a month of countless emails, whatsapp messages and getting paypal involved to almost get my money back and now they want to hold onto a 'non refundable £5' Absolutely shocking way to conduct business.

Made and paid my order....no deliveries or contact made 🤔....Suspect its a scam or fraud
This is a scam
This is awful. It is a scam. First thing I ordered never arrived. Had to fight for over a month to get my money back. Every contact listed for living social bounces back. Then my money was refunded as credit instead of my money back.
When I went to use this credit they charged me the full amount without using the credit and then also signed me up to a subscription which I had no idea I was being signed up for. I have reported this company to the CCPC. I disputed the money on PayPal and my claim was refused. Do not order from this website/company EVER. I would give 0 out of 5 if I could.
