To be honest, wouldn't even give them 1 star but had to, to be able to post my review.

I have alerts from various online sources regarding property searches in my chosen area. I receive a notification via Zoopla or Rightmove, ok could be first to respond. I called the agent who politely took my details and said they would return my call to arrange a viewing. 5 days pass, I phone the office numerous times and leave answerphone messages, all of which were ignored. Bit of a bee in my bonnet so I pay the office a visit. I explain my situation and stressed that during the call I expressed concern about not being phoned back and what happens? I wasn't called back!! The female in the office claimed to be part of the management team, firstly said she had been in the office since 0900 and hadnt taken a call? I phoned 2x at least and have logs. Regarding not answering the phone she then said calls go through 4 phones in the office, all of which were in 5 paces of her desk. Lets get past not answering my calls, what about not even answering recorded messages that have been left!!

Then the money shot!! The property had had viewings and been let!!!

I had time and date of call and the lady couldnt even be bothered to attempt to find out who took the call!! It was probably her!!

Apologies dont count for anything when you are looking to rent!! The agent doesn't care as long as they get their cut. Totally unprofessional. Why is it people cant actually do the jobs they were paid to do property!!!

I've just completed my first HMO. LJ & Keat have helped me every step of the way, from helping to source an incredible builder to dealing with the council, they have gone above and beyond. I've mainly dealt with Anne, her knowledge and patience has been fantastic, whilst the wider team have also played their part. The place was let within a week and before it even went live. Thank you Anne and Leanne, I look forward to the next.

I’ve always received a great personal service from this letting agent covering Castleford and the surrounding area . Anne and the team find good quality tenants and provide a great service to the landlord. Highly recommended.
