I ordered a Helena (Stone Leather) watch on Sept 25 (2022). It was for my wife's birthday which has come and gone. I have emailed the llarsen multiple times with no reply. I don't mind it being late, but with no engagement I am questioning if I will be able to get a refund, not to mind a watch.

Pleased with the service and delivery, and the watch.

The style is exactly what I wanted, simple and sophistication Danish design. My new watch is perfect for wearing with suits or sophisticated casual clothing.

Beautiful watch. But strap is not that great. Strap started cracking just by taking it out of the box customer service's response is go to the website and buy another watch-strap, as in their words, that's what suede does.... Watch itself met my expectations.

I love the watch which is really beautiful and can be worn for any occasion. Moreover, I bought it mostly because it as made in Europe which was one of my criteria (in Danemark).
However, I would not recommend the delivery which was made by UPS. Indeed, I chose one UPS delivery point (which was available on the website) but when UPS came, they didn't deliver it and resend my watch back to Danemark. Sad for the planet due to the double traject that my watch made, sad for me who didn't receive my watch as it was organized. Due to this problem, Llarsen reimbursed me whereas I just wanted to get my watch. I had so to buy another watch a second time, which was then more expensive.
I am a bit disappointed about how my package was managed (UPS didn't deliver the package to another UPS point and Llarsen didn't ask me if I wanted to be reimbursed or if I wanted to keep my watch).
All these reasons explain the mark of 3/5, because the watch is really conform to the photos on the website but the delivery was awful.

I'm in use a llarsen's Storm I bought a few years ago.
Satisfaction is high*
This time, I found llarsen again.

Below,
I would like to say a few things.

1) Thaks to Camilla who helped with FTA invoices.

2) Lykke's mesh band binding site is too stiff.
It would be better if you care emotional quality.

3) A Nikolaj's dial glass don't maintain level a bit.
A little more effort for quality inspection (Q.C) request.

4) The overall design and product line have been stylish*
I wish there were more designs.

I bought a watch in January, £149 free delivery & no tax, on delivery the courier company said there was £49 tax to pay, we declined & did not accept the package, LLarsen explained that the tax was nothing to do with them, but understood our position & returned our payment to our card, nice people to deal with.
I think they should warn buyers that might be asked for tax on delivery because first impression is that it is tax free.

UK order direct from LLarson Denmark: First time order with this watch manufacturer and it was a very disappointing experience.
Delays with the carrier, failure to disclose import fees on ordering, part of order missing, failure to get answer on other part of the original order wanted, failure to secure watch properly in box and stamp guarantee card not legible, failure to get appropriate refund... customer service insufficient.

I have ordered two watches around Christmas. The delivery was really fast, i was impressed. The quality of the watches is good, i am satisfied with my purchase. Keep forward with making your customers happy.

My husband is extremely pleased with his watch...the look, the quality, the price and the speed of delivery (only 4 days to the US). Thank you for producing an excellent product.
