Andrew Gardiner and Leo between them are absolutely disgusting characters. Andrew who is the MD laughed down the phone at me when I explained the reason I was behind my payments was a death in the family and my mental health. Leo threatened me on a recorded phone line also.
Stay away from these people, I am taking this to an ombudsman, the FCA & Trading Standards because companies like this shouldn’t exist.
Don’t be fooled by the niceness at the start, that all changes when you sign the dotted line.

UPDATE: Paul from the complaints department. Very difficult to deal with also. Having to chase a subject access request with little joy.

Everything simple and easy from start to finish

Customer service was top notch during the loan process. I unfortunately hit financial difficulty and the companies true colours and morals were shown. Absolutely no help, just pressure to make repayments. They then came and took my vehicle without any notice with all my belongings in, and even sent my vehicle to auction with all of my personal items in. I am still fighting to get my work tools and personal items returned one year on and it is now in the hands of the ombudsman. Their management team are arrogant and entitled, with absolutely no people skills. Not a good word to say about these thieves.

Seriously do not use this company, they are the definition of money sharks. If you're desperate for funds, don't use them. You will be worse off when using them. Their business is based on one thing... taking advantage of people at their most vulnerable, whether it's through their own mistakes or misfortune. The owner (AG) owns sports cars, goes on lavish holidays and all at the expense of the customers he serves. Find a good review written from a customer that hasn't been written straight after them approving funds. There won't be many. From the bottom of my heart, if you are an employee there, I realise that maybe it's just a job for you, or may be even you don't care, but this business is the sewer of all business types. If you can't recommend using this place to your nearest and dearest then how can you work at a place like this. Please please don't use them, please please don't work there, please please just think before you apply. Please please the owner, you've built a business on the back of people's vulnerabilities, do yourself a favour and use the money you've earnt to go and do something good for society

Good customer service and very thorough with all aspects , my only criticism is that the interest rates are very high,like it would have cost me over 2000 pounds to borrow the 750 I required just glad I was able to settle the account straight away , but saying that if you require money fast and you can afford the high repayments and total figure then I would recommend
