I looked at a few lease plan providers before settling on London lease plan. Its prices were the most competitive and they were the most responsive after I had submitted queries. My client, who the plan was for, sent in rather unhelpful hand drawings and measurements, despite this, the planmaker was able to prepare a very accurate and professional looking plan of the premises. Jon - who was my main contact - was always very polite and was also able to amend the plan as he went as we both received new information from the client.
If I needed another lease plan I would check with Jon at London Lease Plan first.

London Lease Plan were quick, accurate, and extremely good value for money. Many surveyors charge by the hour, whereas London Lease Plan charged a fixed fee, which was a fifth of the price of the other quotes I'd received.
