Leave me Alone Please

The coins I ordered were top quality, well presented and documented, and received quickly. What I don't appreciate is the bombardment of sales calls afterwards. I have told the agents that I will call them if I want anything, but they took no notice so I have to block them.

No refund

I returned a coin 14/7 which they received 16/7. (Tracked and confirmed receipt in email) I awaited my refund to my bank. Bank details forwarded 28/7 after several emails with Laura. No refund.
Several emails ignored asking for update. Today 7/8 still not transferred to refund. Still no reply to emails. And now cannot even phone them because line under maintenance.
When will I get my refund?

OK service but watch the prices

Actually just heard the company has gone into administration BUT

You often get great welcome deals from these people.....however you cannot then get rid of them, marketing mail, then phone calls using a 3rd party number company so no matter how many numbers you block or how many times you ask to be removed from the database the calls keep coming

I'm guessing that will stop now

The company fails to fulfill orders and…

The company fails to fulfill orders and disregards complaints; they ship ordered goods to the wrong address and dismiss complaints by citing technical issues. You have to file a claim with financial institutions in the UK to get a refund for installments charged for unfulfilled orders. I do not recommend them! Give them a wide berth!

My last two purchase's were different they had a personal touch I do believe the business has had a restructure.My last purchase was accompanied by two free gifts to show appreciation for my custom.The conversations I have had with staff regarding products have all been interesting their knowledge is amazing,I am always pleased to receive a call.
