A few weeks ago I posted a review for Longvadon watch bands. I was extremely unhappy with the lack of response from the Customer Relations associate that had initially responded to my request for an exchange due to my own error in ordering the wrong size for my Apple Watch. I wrote a negative review and I also submitted a new request to Longvadon for an exchange explaining that I was very unhappy with the lack of response. A new associate named Wena responded very promptly and apologized profusely for the delay and IMMEDIATELY arranged for the return of the incorrect size band to exchange for the correct size. But that wasn’t the end of her help. She stayed in constant communication with me as the shipments were being tracked. I am humbled by Wena’s conscientiousness and sincere desire to resolved my situation. >>>>>All of this in addition to a very high quality watchband for my Apple Watch-the leather is top notch and the clasp closing is high-end. I couldn’t be more pleased with my new band! Full disclosure-this is my third Longvadon watchband. I am hoping the turquoise Caiman style is restocked soon-I will be ordering my fourth watch band!!!

Absolutely fantastic quality watch strap at good value for what this one offers, one of few I can find which suits my size perfect and the crocodile blue leather is a perfect match to my apple series 9 watch which has blue face, live in UK but very rapid delivery - Highly recommended

Love my men’s green Nato band for my Apple iWatch Ultra 2. I have 7 different style bracelets and this has the most unique look and seems to get the most attention. Very masculine looking.

I have ordered multiple straps from Longvadon for my iPhone Ultra Watch. I have to say these are the best straps I have ever used for my watch. They fit perfectly and the quality and comfort is excellent! I also would like to say that Bernardo from the customer service team is top notch! He answered all my questions and helped ensured that my first time experience with Longvadon was an exceptional one. Thank you!

Just to let you know I have received my black leather strap and I am delighted .

I have just exchanged my old watch for the latest one , in aluminium black , so the strap looks great , as does the crocodile black I bought for the last one .

Unfortunately I also bought brown and turquoise crocodile for my last watch which was rose gold , so they don’t go so well with the new black watch , but the new black leather strap is fabulous, it transforms the watch into a really elegant timepiece.

One of my bands broke after three + years. Without promoting, Wena arranged a free replacement. Fantastic customer service!

I just love the quality and fit of the watch bands. I have a small wrist and it’s hard to find a good band that I can adjust to me that still looks good. And, I don’t have to trek to the jewelry store to do that. I live in FL so the rubber bands that come with the Apple Watches just doesn’t work. I now own 5 of these beauties!! Will get more!!

I bought two watch bands. Black and saddle. I love them both. So very comfy and so classy looking. Hated those rubber type bands they come with. I went with the Caiman women’s series. I will purchase more. Love them!

There’s two parts to Longvadon products in my experience. If the stars were solely based on the look and feel, it would be 5 stars. If the build quality and customer support was by itself, it would be tough to give 1 star. I’ve bought 4 Watch bands from Longvadon. Originally purchased 3, keeping 2 for myself and giving one as gift. All three failed at the area that locks on the watch. The furthest I got with customer support was a reply email, asking me for details. I responded quickly with details and pictures of the issue. Never received a response to this reply or several more I sent, trying to give the company the benefit of the doubt. Thinking they they may have improved the product, I recently purchased another and am having the same issue. The products are beautiful and the higher cost felt justified for me, assuming that the quality would be better. At the same time that I purchased the most recent strap, I bought a $10 strap on Amazon and haven’t had any issues. At the price, I could 9 for what one strap from Longvadon costs and be OK with throwing one away if it fails. I would really like to be able to give a better review because the product is beautiful, but the issues overshadow the look.

This band exceeds expectations!
Across every aspect of fit, style, comfort and ease of installation, this band truly delivers. Someone actually complimented it on my wrist and they are now going to order one also. This is not my first Longvadon band and I have never been disappointed!

As a born and bred German all things mechanical with clean lines appeal to me
This is my third wristband and it speaks of the quality of this product
They just don't die if you don't take showers with them , lol

My Second band
This is my second band and the quality speaks for itself. The fit on Apple Watch ultra is awesome and it makes the watch looks like an expensive Swiss time piece. Will definitely add more to my collection

I just ordered a band for my apple watch and it's missing a small screw and I have email to customer service about 6 times since I received it on Thursday 13th and no response and by the way the band was not not cheap

Great service all around, had a slight issue with my strap however the team answered my query within 24 hours and had a new strap sent out almost immediately. Fully satisfied and will use again.

I also order a strap in late November ‘22 that was on sale. It was the third strap that I had order. As I’ve previously been really pleased with the straps. However, by early Jan I realised I’d not received the order. No communication or update, after several follow up emails from myself to the customer service team I’ve now been advised that the strap is out of stock and was offered a discount off an alternate item or a refund. Just waiting for my refund now.

Had a similar experience to many others. I ordered 3 watch bands. Two shipped to me. 3rd never arrived. I ordered them all in December 2022. No correspondence from them explaining/apologizing for the delay. I reached out. Was told the item would be back in stock in March. I said I would wait. Never arrived. No correspondence. I emailed again 2nd week in March and told band not available. HOWEVER, customer service ((Bernard) offered an alternate band and it arrived next day. Love the bands!!! Bernard helped me! But still want the Navy/silver band.

The available of the product shown on the website was not matching reality. After checking with customer support I learned that my delivery is expected in summer instead of March. With their help I was easily able to change my order and pick a similar product which was available. The only thing which was a little disturbing was the 24h turnaround time of emails which mare the experience feeling a little slow

I have purchased many of their watch bands, very happy with the quality better even happier with the service. I had an issue with one band that they went out of their way to help.
