I ordered the wrong size strap originally but Bernardo in customer service was excellent and sent me a replacement within a week. The strap is excellent quality and really makes a difference to the look and feel of my watch, very happy with my purchase!!

The watch bands are absolutely gorgeous and the service provided was excellent. The first band arrived quickly and beautifully packaged. The second one was on back order but before that was done, unlike other suppliers, I was asked if that was ok and kept updated throughout. I highly recommend this product and will be buying more.

This is the best Apple Watch band I have ever seen. The quality of the product is amazing.

Longvadon Iwatch bands are high quality and easy to wear. I picked the caiman red and the caiman whiskey ones so I can choose between a more sporty or a more elegant look. Highly recommend them.

Firstly the buy 2 get 1 free offer was really inviting. I’ve only used the Blue one so far but what a head turner. Fits well, good quality and looks fabulous. No regrets and will definitely recommend.

I love these four bands I have by now. They are comfortable to wear, and easy to change from one band to another. They definitely add a pretty new look to my Apple Watch and Give nice addition to different clothing Styles and colours. I think I’ll be adding more to my collection later. The price is the only thing to keep me not buing All.

Longvadon's customer service has been excellent. I ordered the wrong sized strap and made contact to exchange it. The communication was great and responses were prompt. With so many cheap products, badly managed by others, it's good to know, with Longvadon, you get a premium product and premium customer service

I have dealt with them and purchased a few times before. They are no doubt a good strap but the popularity has made customer service go downhill really bad. Have been waiting since October for a product in time for Christmas and have been given false promises every time. Finally got sick of their stories and asked for a refund, 2 months later!!! Shame
