I received my order after more than 10 days while I am in the same country and it is mentioned that it would take only 3 to 5 days. However, the good thing was that I was updated via email.

Don't subscribe to Beauty Box
Have been a subscriber of Lookfantastic Beauty Box since Jan 2024 and was pretty happy with content of the boxes till Feb 2025.
Lookfantastic Sweden used to send out same products as for the rest of the world but it has changed starting Feb 2025. Last two boxes (Feb and March) were absolutely different from other countries and the content was not good, it was containing items from previous boxes and there was even same product in both boxes.
They are clearly clearing out old supplies at expense of their customers. Makes me think they are shutting down the operation as Glossybox Sweden did last year. They could have had a decency of doing it right, but no, it feels like they've decided to pile up as much money as they can at the end and go down being hated by customers....
Have reported to customer service about my March box containing none of the products shown on a picture of my subscription in my account, and they answered "We apologise for any confusion if you have seen a different box advertised on another country’s site.". So they basically called me stupid...
Also, Swedish web page for Beauty Box and Limited Edition boxes have not being working for at least 9 months now. Have reported this problem to customer service twice with no result.

Getting ready to stop supplying the box to Sweden
Since September we no longer get even a qr code to follow. In Sweden we no longer have a webpage associated with the box. When I enquired with them about it they told me to use social media and influencers for information about what is in the box.
This month's box in Sweden was completely different to anywhere else. Looking at the products they seem to be left overs of items we already had previously and other cheap fillers.
I get the distinct impression they are winding us down and the box will not come to us much longer.
