Terrible Casino to deal with. I'm owed a large withdrawal amount since the 12th of June 2024. For the first number of weeks I was fobbed off with requests for verification documents. I sent these on and even then the response was very slow to approve verification. When I was finally verified I then requested my withdrawal again and was told anything from "you'll receive your winnings soon" to "we have sent your request to the relevant Department" to wait 72 hours for a response to absolutely nothing. I've got absolutely no response from them at all (either by email or app chat function) for the last 2 to 3 weeks. Because of this I would urge anybody to stay the hell away from Lottoland because it seems to me that they won't pay out if your winnings are high. It should not take this long to receive winnings. Nearly 2 months?

Finally received my money after 3 LONG months. So, to anybody else out there who had a large win and still haven't received their winnings.... Hold on a bit longer-keep up the pressure. I kept messaging them on an almost weekly basis being nice and polite asking when I'd receive the winnings. 😁

I've joined Lottoland recently
I think it's the first website/application where the live chat is a complete scam or at least in my case trying to get in touch with them didn't worked at all (blank screen)
Some of the slots have Auto-play feature disabled which is really annoying.
The only good thing about it is that it does have a large variety of football betting options

I’ve had a few wins with Lottoland but unfortunately they haven’t paid out yet and it’s been a fornight since I’ve win. They asked me for documentation to verify my account which I supplied within a day and have heard nothing since, when I try to call, live chat, customer support or email I am totally blanked. If resolved I will change my rating as I have no other issues with them

This site has really gone to the dogs. Use to play all the time and be good at paying out . Think it's been 8 or 9 months now playing and have literally won noting.
