Slots game crashed right as I won something. Typical.

New to the site. I put in €4 and I was playing a slots game called “sugar rush”. Just as I heard that I won a prize (judging by the sudden change in music), the game froze. I opted out and went back in, and now the game won’t load. Same old online casino tactics to avoid payouts where possible. Nothing new here.

They won’t be getting any more of my money.

Won a few bets and all of a sudden they…

Won a few bets and all of a sudden they suspend my account and don't reply to my emails.

Absolute Disgrace!

Suspended my Account when I had a bet in running for a lot of money and course it loses when I could of easily cashed out.

Scam

This is a scam. It has been over 3 weeks and my account has not been verified yet. I cannot withdraw my money. Do not trust this website.

Took like a month to confirm account

Took like a month to confirm account, always something missing, but they doesn't contact u. They just ask for something else when u reach them yourself. Chances of winning something must be lowest from all gambling sites as well. To reach customer service takes ages. Disconnects from live chats in the middle of conversations. Website really badly optimised for mobile phone too.

Scam

There website was acting up and 2 payments went out of my account when I intended to pay once. I contacted customs service they told me to send them my bank statement of the 2 transactions I sent them and they told me I would get a refund within 10 working days. It’s been 1 month now and I have not reciprocate my money back. It doesn’t seem legit. Please play from the actual lottery app/ website.
