The stores are beautiful and organized, but the best thing for me is the light in the fitting rooms. I hate fitting rooms with the light coming from above, it shows even more all our flaws and we often decide not to buy because of it, because we are unhappy with what we see in the mirror.
Another good thing is that as a western girl, I can find clothes that I like and fit my body.

I love how their pieces are always unique, elegant, and of good quality. I also like the fact that the measurements in their site are accurate, and that the product photos they post are well curated. I truly support this brand to continue creating easy to wear and pair clothing. Side note, their Signatures are my favorite so far!

Good quality, very stylish

I ordered 4 things from this company as a first time customer. The package was firstly sent to the wrong address and I didn't get it for a month or so and this was already a bad experience. Then when I did get the package and tried on the products, two of them were too small and I wanted to exchange sizes. For context when I purchased my items, 2 out of the 4 items were on sale, but the other 2 items that I wanted to exchange were not on sale and I bought them full price.
I contacted customer service and asked for an exchange and they down right refused because they said the sale code had been applied to the entire cart and so none of the items could be refunded or exchanged and then sent me the refund policy to show that any 'sale items' could not be exchanged. I emailed back saying that even though the code was applied to the whole cart the products I wanted to exchange were not discounted at all from full price and that this policy doesn't make sense. They did not budge and would not even let me exchange the sizes of full prices items I paid for.
Honestly this return policy would only make sense if discount codes could be applied to individual products in the cart but no, you can only apply the code to the whole cart and then the whole cart falls under this 'returns policy' even though you paid full price for certain items.
This policy is downright ridiculous given the day and age and prevalence of online shopping atm.

There were so many more styles I wanted to buy from LoveBonito but they have definitely lost a valued customer and I will be recommending all my influencer and non-influencer friends to stay away.

The versatility of the style, great online discounts, and the quality of the clothes keep me coming back for more. On a side note, I would appreciate seeing more tops that cater to the Muslim community.

I recently travelled to Singapore. I did some shopping from love bonito in 313 somerset store and experienced great service there. I enjoy love bonito as they have new chic styles plus amazing quality. I wish they would open in new zealand 🇳🇿 at some point.

Top quality material, good clean design, high-end trend at superb pricing

Always been a fan of Love Bonito and ordering online is very easy. Their sizing chart is accurate. Be mindful if you are ordering from outside SG though - there's an extra charge for taxes on top of the shipping fee.

From the moment I explored their collection, I was struck by the perfect blend of style, comfort, and quality. The designs are truly impressive. During my second set of ordering i have brought 4 tops from the brand, but noticed that they are of poor cloth quality - seems like its the same as that of shein/shoppee.
Price is expensive for a basic top having poor cloth quality; price should be reduced if they kept on making these type of clothing.

Fun working environment and quite a chill environment. Job scope is fairly easy but requires training.

I only recently started to shop at Love, Bonito and love that they have innovative designs that celebrate different kind of body shapes - cleverly designed dresses that hide love handles, high quality material suitable for Singapore humid weather and unstated elegance. I recently wore their black knit dress as my flight outfit and felt so good and confident wearing it! I looked forward to supporting this local brand further!

A few months ago, I got a funnel neck top and wore it only a few times because we have had such a warm winter. The top has severe pilling in the garment and requested for a full refund for the top. Their customer service representative ASSumed I had washed the garment when I never mentioned the garment being washed. They refused to accept a return or a refund and insisted on enforcing their own policies. This company DOES NOT CARE about their customer service nor their impact they have on the resources they are using. They just want their money and they don't care how they get it. I am sure they were able to get their refund back from the manufacture for the issue they had with the fabric and they are keeping the money they were refunded rather than refunding it back to the customer who made them aware of the issue with the fabric. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. THEY ARE A COMPLETE RIPOFF AND THEY ARE NASTY TO DEAL WITH

Finally a brand designed with Asian proportions in mind. I usually struggle with finding my size and have to juggle between clothes that I like with looser fits that drag on my petite frame. Plus, they have so many padded styles which is perfect for my laziness and minimises the washing load. thank you love, bonito for actually thinking about us girls.

Horrible sizing and terrible customer service. Will never give them my business again. Will also spread the word and tell everyone my awful experience with this brand.

It’s my first order to love-bonito. I really anticipate a lot but when i open the box, i was very disappointed.
Some items was final sale-it indicated(no return/no exchange) so i need to choose more carefully.
Whenever i choose some clothes, i always check the size information.

However, the size information and the fitting is not matching!!!!!!!!!!
Some clothes couldn’t put my leg , the other clothes couldn’t zip up at all. There is not a proper size info and it made my choose ruined!!!!

One more thing.
one of the best selling top vest is very beautiful.
However, it has a dirty stain and some bad stitch/harmed(it made me thingking 'not a new clothes')
if i need to return request, they charge me $8. Why do I have to pay the harmed/not a normal condition clothes return fee??

Even i love the design, i can’t even try that.

I really want to return some clothes(even it is final sale-for the incorrect size info 😡) or donate them.

I contacted the customer service team through email, instagram, Facebook but they just made me waiting.

the return days only available in 7days.
But the service team delayed the processing so I am very worried about the return and resolution.

I used to be a huge fan of Love Bonito and would tell friends to shop there all the time. They had high quality outfits for a reasonable price.

I was shocked by the low quality of my latest order from them. The sizing was completely incorrect and the fabric felt cheap and scratchy. I got the order right before I had to leave for a business trip, and was so surprised that by the time I got back, it was already too late to return the items.
Considering how long it takes to get the items, I would expect to have at least 30 days to return - instead we only get 7 days and have to pay for shipping to return.
The latest items made me embarrassed that I used to recommend this brand to everyone.
