A sweatshirt is decent for the price. Delivery was very quick. The first time I dealt with them, 2 packages did go missing however, this time around was much better and when the two packages were missing, I did get a full refund.

Lovegobuy has excellent customer service through Discord and their website. They offer very good prices and many coupons. My Parcel arrived a few days ago, and I'm very happy with it. My first package got lost but i got the money back and reordered to get an intact package with my stuff after some days! I highly recommend lovegobuy.

I placed an order worth around $40 which included a $3 service fee and an extra $4 transaction fee. I thought I would have my items delivered after placing an order, but I was wrong. You need to pay around $20 for international FOR EACH ITEM. So shipping was $67 for me and I was not going to pay that much for shipping, because even the items that I already paid for did cost that much. That shipping cost is OUTRAGEOUS. After I saw that, I requested refunds for my items. It took 5-14 days for my refunds to process and they charged around $3 for each item to be refunded. All my items got refunded into credit that you can use to buy more items from Lovegobuy, BUT there was an option to withdraw the money, so I got some hope. NOPE. My heart sank when I saw that there was a minimum amount that you can withdraw. $45.12. After all those charges and fees, I was left with $21.16. This is insane. I lost $20 from all this nonsense AND I can’t even withdraw the money. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM LOVEGOBUY. ITS A SCAM.

SCAM ! Don’t buy here

this is a absolute scam. I ordered over $1000 aud worth of items just to find out that I'm unable to use any of the available shipping lines advertised besides one of them that costs $150 aud to ship 2kg. also the processing times are horrendous.

They have great services, every item that i ordered was delivered to me in maximum 1 month, but take care, the product was in 3 different countries.
