My order is always on hold until I remind them an email to have it moved. Money is taken fast, but the order is sent slow. I ordered 2 weeks ago and it’s still not here, because I demanded for a money back or have my order sent please, they sent only from that

I use them often, am rarely unhappy. I buy concentrates, counts are occasionally a tad shy. Also occasionally a tad over. Nothing so significant that I've felt the need to seek recourse, though. They do big business but they're a small organization. Be careful to follow their procedures precisely if you want to avoid delays. Do not place an order for one amount, send them a lower amount and say you want to amend your order after the fact. I did this once and it caused problems. All in all though, a solid outfit.

This is a terrible way to go about green. I ordered over 200 dollar order over a month agao and canafa post deemed my paxkacge as lost and there still not making any thing right. Havent given me my money back or replaced my ordee. Im so dissapointed. Becareful if you wanna use them for your needs or u could be in a hurry up and wait night mare. Terrible experience!!!!!!

Received an order yesterday that was 1 item short. Sent an email to inform them. Took 8 hours to get a response. Sent them a picture of my order as requested. Apparently they expect you to take a video when you open your package.
"Please note that for any future concerns regarding missing or short items, we kindly require an unboxing video so our team can review the issue more thoroughly."
Seems a frequent issue. Guess they've never heard of a packing slip that typically comes with the order.

The concentrates arent full grams ever. Buyer beware. They'll rip you off and offer points in return. Bunk weed and false advertising. You'll find out for yourself.
