Figgo - great absence management system
I like working with Figgo. It is very useful tool for managing the time of employees, their leave and absence. For the future, it will be nice also to get there the days, which employees spent by travelling and approvals for travelling :)

Lucca - Great system
It has been a great solution supporting our day to day activities with HR administration and also leave management. The system is very user friendly and works well in engaging all of our teams to use it and keep it updated. Like the possibility of setting reminders and manage the process flows and deadline also setting important stage dates for our Head Of Departments.

Lucca is a very useful tool for HR and accounts, it is easy to setup, intuitive and is supported by a very helpful, professional and responsive team.
A full demonstration as to all the capabilities of the tool would be useful so as to maximize its contribution to our organization, this I believe is slightly lacking at present.

Good tool but improvement on guidance is required
- excellent tool for employees and managers but more guidance is needed for the administrators
- a complete tool with several modules (leave of absence, time management, pay slips distribution)
- the company can built the tool without support of the Lucca Support Team (add new leave accounts, regulations, custom reports)
- lack of guidance/knowledge when setting up a new country
- lack of reactivity during projects

Good selection of tools, but the UX leaves a lot to be desired
We use Pagga. We decided against Lucca's other HR tools because they seemed overly complex (the UX was not intuitive or user-friendly - the tools felt like tools for HR admin teams rather than tools that help manage and develop teams).
Pagga is easy to use, but we've had issues using it in Safari. For example, every time I try to add a new user, I get a blank page on Safari. I contacted your customer support team, which was very responsive. The issue seemed to have disappeared but later on happened again.
