1. You book the service
You can instantly book your LUGGit service through our website or mobile app. All you have to do is tell us the pick-up and drop-off locations, the desired times, and how many bags you have with you.
2. One of our Keepers will meet you at the selected time and place
Before the Keeper meets you, you’ll be able to see all the necessary information about them, such as their name and car details.
Our Keepers wear an orange vest with their names so you can quickly identify them.
3. Enjoy your time without lugging your bags around
Your bags will be sealed and stored while you enjoy your time. Of course, you can always check where they are using our mobile app.

It was so good to leave the luggage somewhere and then pick it up on time while you cassualy walk through the city. Our driver was very punctual.

We would like to personally thank Konstantinos for the great service he provided we understood that he was unable to drop our luggage outside of the hotel due to the street being closed off but he went out of his way to find the closest destination that he could park and we could retrieve our luggage and just walk half a minute back to our hotel great service wonderful guy

Great Luggit Service in Athens

Late at pickup and way early…
Driver was late at pickup and way early on drop off - we had to run uphill for 10' to get to him. Then we had to wait in the street for the Uber twice as much time. All in all, not súper reliable, but probably still better than other options.

Very satisfied, happy traveller
I would thoroughly recommend the Service again being my first time using it. They were in contact with me as they said they would be promptly and efficiently and my train was running late by 20 minutes and it wasn’t a problem for them and they were very courteous when I arrived and very courteous when they dropped off, can’t fault this company thoroughly recommend them.

Amazing service
Amazing service. We were travelling Europe for 3 months and stored 2 bags in Barcelona. Drop off was easy and we met the driver at the train station. The bags were returned to our hotel a month later as planned. Couldn’t ask for a better solution!

Luggit was so convenient to work with and the communication was very easy. We stored our bikes packed in our bike bags and were confident that they were safe all week. I would absolutely use them again in the future!
