This company does not stand by its product or guarantee. They advertise a guaranteed 30 day return policy...when in fact they do not allow you to return. Their communication is unprofessional and rude. I will never give them a positive review..They are a scam!

I’m still surprised how affordable this device + serum is for the results it gives. feels like a splurge, but my wallet didn’t cry.

I don’t trust things that promise miracles but this sculptor + serum duo is the real deal. my skin’s proven it.

Besides taking 2 weeks to get it..it didn't work. After trying it for a week and not seeing any difference I went back online and watched the videos of customers who swear by it and found out it should vibrate upon contact and mine didn't do that at all..nor do I believe I have the 7 different colors. I reached out to customer care they replied right away, asked for my order number and then nothing! I followed up on my contact, still nothing. I submitted a request today to get a refund and they replied back that I was outside of their 30 day window. Apparently they only can guarantee that their product will last 30 days. Mine never worked.

Love the product and so relaxing and easy to use. Very affordable too! I started noticing differences in my skin within a week!

sculptor red light + serum is the ultimate hangover hack. first thing in the AM, and I don’t look dead. just refreshed.

fallen asleep with this serum on by accident and still woke up glowy. sculptor the next morning helped drainage and I felt human again.

my skin is pretty stubborn but sculptor + serum got it right in two weeks. now I’m skipping concealer ‘cause my dark spots faded.

I loved the product and used it 2x a day as directed. The product stopped pulsating just after 30 days of purchase. The company will not support their product after 30 days.

Don't believe their 30 day return/refund policy!! After using the device for 18 days during my regular twice a day skin routine I saw no difference in the condition of my skin, so decided to return the device for a full refund as their website indicates. HA!! All you get is MAYBE a return email that states they will send you an address to return the unit to once you send all kinds of pics and answer more questions. I did as they asked and then got crickets. Nothing. Please don't be duped by their claims of a 30 day return policy-it's simply a lie.

Used the product about a dozen times over a 4 month period and it completely stopped working. Sent an email to support asking for an exchange or refund and was told it was past their 30 day period.

Horrible Customer Service. Only used the wand one time and realized it wouldn't work for me due extensive dental work. It hurt too much. I initiated a returm. Was told I needed to provide photos, receipts, etc...showing it was still in its original packaging and only used once and they would review these documents and get back to me regarding whether I was APPROVED to return it or not. (I have never been asked to take these steps in order to return something) Again, I used the wand only one time and never even opened the serum. The documentation I provided them made that very clear. It has been over 3 weeks since I provided them this information and I have yet to hear back from them. I have sent 3 more emails asking for a response and NOTHING. No response whatsoever.
They charged me $96.00 and then completely ghosted me! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Great product at a great price point. I've seen a significant change on my skin. I use the serum before my sculptor. For me using both products has changed my skin for the better. I was hesitant to buy it but I'm so glad I did.

I do not recommend this product. My device stopped working less than 3 months after purchase and the company does not warranty devices even if issue is related to technical performance. I am beyond disappointed.

Do not purchase, this device only lasts 6 months, very poor customer service and no interest given it has passed its 30 day guarantee.

I would seriously question the value for money of these devices, given their very short life span and the quality of the product.

I love the serum now i have three bottles of the serum it feel good on my skin, and I have sensitive skin but with the serum it improves my face, including the luminesce 7-1 led sculptor massager device it was awesome, I found my skin improved a lot, including my turkey neck and double chin, plus the heat feels so good, my face feels firm, it’s a facelift all into one, so I wanted to say thank you for all your support and help , it works and fast shipping free shipping, and I think you’re company is doing amazing job, thank you, Sincerely, Anne Brusletten/ Gain

The neck of the device broke after a month. Very cheap product! Do not recommend!

I’ve purchased two devices. First one out of the 30 day warranty and now the second, same. Told I would get a free serum for doing a review, but never got and I’ve reached out to customer service 5 times with no response. This sums it up. Bad service and poor products I guess

After 30 days you are screwed.

I was impressed with the customer service. I had a concern with the device when received and reached out to customer service. They were prompt and very helpful. Turned out I was making a mistake in using it and they quickly resolved the issue. All works beautifully now.
I have noticed a smoother looking face and softened marionette lines. Just waiting for those pesky brown spots to go away. I have faith in this device.
