The service was fast and great :-) nice discovery

I placed an order on July 21st and it took a month to receive my products. I contacted customer service and was told there may have been a shipment issue and that they barcode may not have been scanned properly. I asked the representative to process my transaction and thought that was done. I did not receive any confirmation of my item being resent. I then had to contact customer service again for them to finally send my product. I don’t know if I would purchase anything in the future just because of my first interaction.

Was exposed to this product a the Trade Show. And instantly love it.
Then ordering this product, was a very enjoyable experience.

The look of the candle is beautiful, but it doesn't smell strong. I expected there to be a stronger scent but it is very minimal compared to other soy candles I've purchased. A bit disappointed given how much I paid for them.

Your candles and diffusers used to last so long, but not anymore, unfortunately. If so why to buy your products?? This time bought candles, do not really smell when lightened. On Christmas market I bought diffuser. Nothing like before.

I was very excited to receive my Luvo order! The products are beautiful! Packaging could be better as there was a small about of leaking onto the packing paper.

Luvo's fragrance oils are quite a hit among my friends and family. Their smell are delicate, refined and never overwhelming or headache inducing which is very important to me. Antoine was available to prep a custom order for me and even threw in a kind surprise in my delivery bag. 100% recommend !!!
